Return to your condo and relax on the balcony and take in the fresh salt air while you watch the dolphins play in the beautiful Gulf Waters, then watch the breathtaking sunset right from your balcony! Great expansive views all around!
CANCELLATIONS: Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to arrival. If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service fee.

Relaxing Family Vacation |

My husband and our 2 daughters stayed in the Gateway Villas, the condo was very accomodating, very clean, more than spacious for 4 people, we just had a great and relaxing time, a pool that the kids loved and the beach right at our feet, we highly recomend it, we will be back next year...Thank you

Found Fun in the Sun while searching Florida Vacation rentals on the
internet.
Gateways Villa 199 was perfect for my husband, 8 year old son and 6
year old daughter. As a chef I enjoy cooking meals for my family while
on vacation rather than eating out every single night. I could cook
dinner and watch my family romp in the waves. The sunsets were
fabulous, we saw dolphins and we made sand castles on our private
beach. The swimming pool was a bonus (as was the washer and
dryer)!
We taught the kids how to relax and how much fun it can be to do
NOTHING!
