CANCELLATIONS: Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to arrival. If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service fee.

Great vacation rental. The unit was all that was advertised and more. New appliances were installed while there. The staff was johnny on the spot with immediate attention to problems. Wonderful views and wonderful location.
