CANCELLATIONS: Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to arrival. If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service fee.

| We walked into the house and couldn't believe how nice it was. All new amenities, on site laundry, beautiful Gulf front property! Our children played in the sand and the water each day. The private beach front was a definite plus. We enjoyed eating/relaxing out on the fabulous deck. The beach house far surpassed our expectations. Fun in the Sun made renting the property a breeze! We will definitely be back!! |

was exceptionally good, making sure everything was in order when
we arrived.
We found the cottage to be clean and all appliances working.
