This was my first time to stay at a Condo. My family and I usually stay at 3 1/2 to 4 star hotels. We were PLEASENTLY SURPRISED.

Reservations were easy to make and everyone I spoke with was very pleasent and helpful. The location was on Okaloosa Island was great. The parking was extremly accessible to the room.

The condo itself was impectable. The layout was spacious, the decor was beautiful, matteresses were comfortable, and the view was perfect.

The pool was wonderful. It had something for everyone. Easy access to the beach and the showers were helpful.

The only thing missing was roomservice. However having a kitchen it saved us money in the long run.

Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The place was very nice and clean...we loved that there weren't many people there...the pools and facilities were very well kept.

We just got back from Waterscape the week of August 8 - Aug 15, and had a fabulous time! Our kids (ages 2, 5, 7) loved all the pools and especially the lazy river. The check-in and check-out were a breeze and the unit itself (#312A) was perfectly located near an elevator that leads right to the pool access and near the parking garage. The views were wonderful, we overlooked the center of the resort and right above the hot tub.

Whenever we needed to look for other members of our party down by the pool, we just went to our balcony to look for them. Beach access is just a couple steps away from the lazy river.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at
Waterscape, their was plenty to do for all the ages
of kids that we have (12,8 and 4)!!!!! This is the
first truly family oriented condo that we have
stayed in, they have arts and crafts for the whole
family to enjoy a couple of days a week and then
they have movie night two nights a week and other
activities to do the other nights of the week. The
pools are awesome truly the "Best" of the
panhandle!!!!! The beaches are "Beautiful" and
with this unit you get two free beach
chairs/umbrella with a weeks stay (which saves you
at least $150.00). My family and I are planning on
coming back next year to the exact same condo, the
unit itself was "Wonderful" (loved the two master
suites, both faced the pool/ocean view our 8 year
old loved the bunk area)!!!! The only draw back at
all were we wished their were better pans (non-
stick would have been "Great", because when my
families on vacation we still cook a lot on the
other hand they did have two very nice stock pots
for Low Southern Boil). Also, that they had
different kind of room keys (2 out of 3 of ours
ended up not working - they got de-magnetized from
being near our car keys and cell phones (which we
carry everywhere with us). The location is "Great"
you can get to restraunts, water park, movies,
golfing, shopping(highly recommend "The Commons" in
Destin) in a short amount of time!!!!!!!!!! I
would highly recommend Waterscape to anybody that
wants to "Truly" enjoy their vacation time at the
beach, my family has vacationed in this area for
the past 20 plus years and I can honestly say that
we would book this condo for the next 20 plus years
and know that we would still love it here!!!!!!!!!!

We had never been in this area before, Gulf Shores is where we have been going for years. The change was great the water was clearer, there were more things to do, and the condo was awesome. The landscape was breath taking and our room was beautiful. We will be back soon!!!
