This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #705 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Vacation rental 705 has been updated to include fresh paint, crown molding, & new carpet through out. The living room has new sofa, loveseat, & chair. The kitchen now has an open view into the living area with new recessed light fixtures. The dining room offers reupholstered chairs and bar stools with new artwork and decor. Both bedrooms have new bedding, plantation shutters, artwork, and lighting. The owner has provided the free beach service for June/July Only.

A Little Bit of Heaven |

This unit, 705, is ideally situated so that as soon as you walk in the room; all you see is the beautiful gulf. It is comfortably furnished in a beachy style; not overdone. It has all the necessities that you could want.
The Islander has always been very well managed and well kept. It is located in a beautiful area of Destin with good walking on both the beach and streets.
We have been coming to the Islander for many years, and this unit is our favorite. We look forward to coming back again and again.

| I don't want to sound gushy or like I've been paid to make this endorsement - but I probably will. Because I was sick from early May through the summer break from school, our family was unable to go on our planned vacation. Since I've been getting better, we decided to have a "last hurrah" at the beach over the labor day weekend. We took a friend for our 12 year old son, and the only thing that would have made it better would have been if we could have gone earlier on Friday instead of arriving after midnight! Even the late arrival was made easy and we were able to get our key and get into our condo with ease. We would have loved to take advantage of our 4th night free, but had to get back for school and work. We have talked about hoping to make this an annual event. |

My family enjoyed our stay at the Islander and definitely will be returning as soon as possible!! This was our first trip to the beach with our 2 year old daughter and she had a blast at the beach, in the pool, and especially with the sand toys (which were provided by the room!). Thanks for giving us this extraordinary opportunity to stay at the most beautiful beaches in the world on a tight budget. Hope to see you guys next summer.

| This was a beautiful condo with wonderful extras. The view was fantastic. The staff in the office was excellent as we had a death in the family and had to reschedule - they were very helpful and we were so happy to be able to spend time together with our children and daughter-in-law. Loved the beach, pools, very quiet, this unit had a Wi, and enjoyed the family package that the Islander gave upon check in. We would really like to return and stay in the same unit. |

We have been coming to the Islander for 20 years. We liked our unit this year.
We meet family here from Ohio for our yearly get togather.
I found the desk help to not be fully informed. Maybe more training and a little more personable. We remember the good old days.
We have had the issue with the back pool not being heated for the last two years.
Now that the beach is so much smaller there are more people in the pools. With the weather changes I think both pools should be heated for the convience of all the guest.
