This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #714 has recently been remodeled and accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with beautiful views from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking. Our unit was professionally remodeled December 2008 with New: Doors and Trim throughout Base and Crown Molding Paint Finished Ceilings Lighting Fixtures Furniture Door and Cabinet Hardware Bath Mirrors, Lighting, and Fixtures Kitchen and Entry Flooring Art and Accessories Flat screen TVs Wooden Shutters Our balcony provides views of the sunset, the beach and the ships navigating the East Pass. We also have a view of an inland lake which is home to multiple species of wildlife.

| We had a wonderful experience at The Islander. We usually stay closer to San Destin or in Panama City so we were concerned about staying somewhere new but were very impressed. We chose the sunset view because the gulf view overlooked the parking lot and we made a wise decision. The sunset over the little pond and jetties was great and we could watch all the boats going and coming. We would definitly recommend this condo and will be returning.--Dothan, AL |

Overall the stay was great. Great location to shopping, eating! Good access to the beach.
Kids complained that twin bed matresses very uncomfortable.
Not happy with 10 am check out time at all! Not enough time for family of 6!
Will stay again! |

Our stay at the Islander Resort was great. Probably one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever been on. My daughters college(Heartland College) softball team stayed there also for the week. Our room had just been remodeled and it was really nice.
The staff and the snowbirds that were still there were very nice to us and our girls. The beaches were the best we have been on in Florida and the rest of the hotel was very nice. The team and their famlies used the covered cookout area several times for meals that saved us alot of money on meals. I plan on bringing the rest of my family to your resort in the future. I would highly recommend this resort for quality and value. |
