| This condo was very clean and had an excellent view of the ocean. It's on the same floor as the fitness center and the laundry facility so it was really convenient for that. We hope to go back next year. It was just my husband and myself and was perfect for that, it could sleep eight but might get a little crowded with all adults, especially because there is just 1 bathroom. |

| The resort is fabulous. We were there during cool weather so the in-door pool, lazy river and hot tub were wonderful. Access is just off the elevator so no exposure to cold air and towels are provided at the pool saving me from lots of washing. Condo was very clean and well furnished. View was great and the beach was lovely. Large bathroom was a real bonus. Kitchen is very small so cooking an entire meal is challenging, but it is okay for breakfast and quick lunches. Overall we thought it was great and will go again. |

| I am a local and i just wanted a nice place to hang out for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with a girlfriend. Well it put the icing on the cake. The stay was awesome all the way from the time I checked in until the time i left and even surfing the website. It was more than i could have ever needed to make my few days fun. i had a view of the ocean and it was so cozy and perfect. Thanks again and continue to give great service and great rooms. I almost might do it again next year! |

| We had a great time and loved the place. There were so many bonuses to staying at the Avista. We had such a great time and would love to go back there. We are planning on renting through Myrtle Grand vacations this year! |

| We come to N. Myrtle Beach every Oct. to spend our anniv. We have stayed in some great places and some not so great but when Myrtle Beach Grand gave us two choices in our price range, we chose the Avista hands down! The arrangement was great since my husband likes to go to bed early and I like to stay up late so with bedroom on other end, it works great. The furnishings were beautiful and well-taken care of. If we had any problem, Myrtle Beach Grand had someone there in no time. I highly recommend them and this rental. We will hopefully use it again and again. Avista is well taken care of and has everything you need to have a wonderful time at North Myrtle Beach area. |
