25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, security deposit is required for any long term stay. The security deposit is refundable subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and return of keys.

We rented the 3rd floor apartment for a few days. The apartment was very clean and well ordered. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location simply could not be beat - it was wonderful. Minutes to Fig Tree Bay beach and the seafront boardwalk. Minutes also to the main street where you can find tons of restaurants and shops. Very pleasant area of Cyprus - beautiful sandy beaches and clear waters. We would very highly recommend this area, and this apartment.

We recently stayed at one of the Pallinio apartments in room 402.
The apartment is lovely-spacious-spotlessly clean and with just about all the amenities you are likely to need. On our arrival on a Sunday evening it was nice to see some provisions had been supplied which was extremely welcome as many supermarkets are closed on a Sunday night.
We were greeted soon after our arrival by Sara from the letting agency who was very charming and informative and its wise to listen to her or one or two things you might think are not working are simply down to a lack of awareness. Sara even new how to work all 3 remote controls.
One more thing I have to mention are the views from the apartment they are just 'delicious', you will not be dissappointed.The location is spot on and close to everything you might need.
Just around the corner from the apt there is quite a large pub called the 'Love Boat'. The place is just brill...Great service and friendly/helpful staff - Good choice and quality of foods at a good price - Varied acts on every night and overall a cracking night out.
Only one more thing to add - If you are ok with driving on holiday you might find it better to book a hire car online and just pick it up at the airport which doesn't cost much more than a taxi eaxh way.
We literally got in the car drove out the car park and straight onto the dual carriageway..Hey presto we are on holiday.

We stayed in the fourth floor apartment which was lovely and spacious with great sea views. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed including loads of closet space in the bedrooms (could do with a mirror in the main bedroom though!). The pool was private and we never had to fight for beds or get up at the crack of dawn to secure one. I would also like to mention the apartment management who were very helpful and easy to contact. The apartment is in a great location right on the sea front, quiet but only a stones throw away from the bustling Protaras main strip with its bars, shops and restaurants. We had such a good holiday we are definitely going to book this apartment again.

we couldnt have asked any more of the apartment we stayed in.It had everything we needed and more. It was plenty big enough with very spacious rooms.The air conditioning was a god send.The pool area had the most fantastic views of fig tree bay and was a good size and very clean.The whole apartment block was very clean and tidy.It would be our first choice to stay in again.

have been to Fig Tree Bay several times and found this property on a website, I am so glad I did as it perfect in every way and has enhanced my families holiday experience!
The apartment is immaculate and equipment very up to date. The air conditioning is fab and simple to use. It is extremely hard to find a 2 bedroomed apartment so to find one with en-suite and all the ammenities anyone could want is amazing! Also, the 2 balconies add to the experience.
The washer works particularly well and has a great "20 minute fast wash" cycle!! Ideal when you have kids with you!
To wake up every morning overlooking Fig Tree Bay is fantastic and the large windows provide a great view over the bay-even the kids were impressed!
The swimming pool is secluded and very private, quiet and also has great views over the Bay. The kids loved it there.
The property management company are very, helpful and approachable.

Overall, 10/10 in every way! We will be back next year... -

We enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Everything was perfect and the view was amazing.
Apartment was very clean on arrival and i am definatly looking to book it again. Shops and restaurants are so close by and walking distance. And the beach is literally on our door step.
The pool was also very clean and hygienic. So all in all i would give this a 10/10.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in Pallini complex, and enjoyed it a lot. It all started with a nice and well structured communication with the apt owners, we were provided simple and clear guidlines, and arranged evrything easily. We had a very pleasant impression of the apartment upon our arrival as it is new, clean, and again, everything is well organised. The location is just great, next to Capo Bay Hotel with its nice SPA, and the view from the apt is simply breathtaking. It is a 3 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay, which is probably the nicest beach in Cyprus. The apt indeed has everything that one may think of, and all equipment is new (microwave, toaster, etc). The area is very quiet in April but it will get busier closer to summer months. We had a brilliant weather of around + 25 C and water around +20 C at the beginning of April.
We look forward to coming back!
