Stunning holiday accommodation in great location
We booked this apartment at the last minute after being let down on accommodatio rental elsewhere. The service we received from Oceanview was fantastic, the staff could not have been more helpful!
The apartment itself was stunning, with a fantastic view out to the beach. The location is central Pernera, every amenity on the doorstep.
Furnishings in the apartment were very comfortable, and the fully equiped kitchen had all that we needed.
There were only 2 negative points - the first being that the apartment is located directly above a restaurant / bar which is opened into the early hours of the morning on weekends and is very very noisy, so do not expect to get any / much sleep on weekends. The other slight negative is that the entrance to the block is at the back entrance to the adjacent Polyxenia restaurant and you have to pass the bins to get in, which sometimes can have an unpleasant stench.
All in all, we'd recommend this stunning apartment, but also recommend you take earplugs for the weekends if you are not planning on being out partying yourself !
Sleepless in Cyprus
Beautiful apartment, shame about the noise.
This apartment was beautiful and so close to the sea. Unfortunately it was even closer to a bar that had music so loud it could be heard through ear plugs and played until around 2am. It made the nights unbearable. We enjoyed the apartment so much during the day, the views were stunning, the facilities wonderful, and the Oceanview staff were very helpful and friendly. But even the most perfect apartment means nothing if you cannot get a good nights sleep.

When selecting a villa or apartment that is centrally located it is always possible that there will be restaurants that are within walking distance. While this is usually a plus point it does have its downsides such as the issue you raised. It is advised that these questions are raised when enquiring about the locations of villas or apartments that you are considering to book.
