Description from the owner
Beautiful house located near the beach in the Pernera area of Protaras. Nice big 3 bedroom house(main bedroom ensuite). Bedrooms are on the first floor with an extra bathroom. On the groundfloor we have the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and electrical equipment(toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and electric stove). The dining room hosts a six seat dining table, perfect for family meals. The living room is the place for entertainment with a large TV and sofas to lounge in.

Pernera is the ideal location for families. The house itself is located in a family friendly environment. Within walking distance of all ammenities including shops, restaurants and bars, you won't have to worry about transport. It is also a five minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. A bus stop is located nearby that awaits buses for Larnaca, Nicosia, Ayia Napa and Paralimni. The bus costs only 1 euro one way!
