Oceanview Luxury Villa 025 is a beautiful holiday home offering a spacious patio area which few 2 bedroom properties do in Cyprus. The villa is a sophisticated property that offers comfortable, open plan living with modern furnishings enhanced with decorative touches. Outside the property is equally impressive with plenty of space where you can spend your time lounging in the sun or sit and relax on the cosy outdoor lounge sipping your favorite cocktails. This villa is a perfect slice of paradise and the ultimate choice for a romantic getaway for one or two couples or a small group of friends. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac... in the family resort of Pernera. There are a few sandy beaches in this area, the most popular being the Marlita beach which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa. This beach has all the amenities you will need from renting of sun beds and parasols to watersports for the more energetic. The beach is golden sand with crystal clear shallow water, ideal for children and a favorite for snorkeling and scuba diving. Pernera has a lot to offer the holiday maker with a variety of shops to browse and restaurants to suit all tastes. The local bars all welcome children and offer sky sports daily and nightly entertainment. There is a small water park just a short walk away which is suitable for younger children. A stroll along the coastline from the brand new boardwalk is a must taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters. Pernera is a great holiday destination with a fantastic climate over 340 days of the year.

Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Famous for its golden coastline and sparkling clear waters, it is a favorite for both young and elderly, families and single parties. There are plenty of activities with many sandy beaches along the coastline with water sports ending with the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. You will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants with various cuisines along with an abundance of shops to browse in. Protaras holds many forms of entertainment and attractions, the beaches and water sports for daytime and bars, entertainment and nightlife for an evening. The many shops to browse include a supply for your everyday needs, shoes, clothes, gifts, jewellery and pharmacies. The bungee bounce trampolines will entertain the younger members of your party. You will also find 2 MINI GOLF COURSES on the top road of Protaras, which entertain both young and elderly, with small amusement arcades and small cafes for some light refreshment. The safe and friendly atmosphere of Protaras makes the perfect holiday for all the family. Just a short drive away is the bustling resort of Ayia Napa known for its club scene and a paradise for the young. A resort that never sleeps with an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all age groups and tastes. Ayia Napa boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. The 5 golden sandy beaches are some of the finest you will find.

  We had the most wonderful holiday, Sunview villa was the ideal location for us. We had excellent service from Oceanview, who collected us from the airport, and transferred us via their office, to pay the balance, and on to the villa. We were not disappointed, the pool is exactly as it appears on the photographs, and more than large enough for myself, my husband and our 2 children, and inflatables!
  Internally, accommodation is more than adequate for a family of 4, and with large flat screen TV, dvd player, playstation, CD player and ipod docking station, in facr it had all you would want in a home from home, although with the lovely outdoor space, we really only used the ipod and radio. The bedrooms are both decent size, although would be nice to have had two singles, or queen size bed in the double room, bed felt quite small. The decoration throughout is lovely, Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. With full bathroom upstairs, downstairs loo it has all, if not more than you need for a lovely holiday.
  The outdoor space is very generous, with good quality sun beds, table and chairs. The large gas barbeque, was wonderful, and with the secluded location we didnt feel a need to eat out every night, and enjoyed more 'self catering' than we have on any other holiday. There is noise from the main road, but it is 100 yards away over field at rear of the property, and did not affect our enjoyment.
  The location worked well for us, but it is a 5-10 minute walk into Pernara and despite what desciption says, a good 30 minute walk into Protaras centre, this could be longer on hot hotter days with children. The peaceful location of the villa more than makes up for it. For this reason I think a car would be advisable if you are looking to go further afield.
  It appeared to have largest outdoor area and pool as well as best location of all the villas in the immediate vicinity. if we returned to Pernara we would not want to stay aywhere else but here.
