Oceanview Luxury Villa 150 There is no shortage of space in this private villa, with its large garden and pool area; it is perfect for outdoor living.  Located close to central Protaras and within a 2-minute walk to the sea, this is one of 4 identical villas situated in a private cul-de-sac, all of which are managed by Oceanview and are just perfect for wedding parties.  (Please view Luxury villas 149, 151 and 152)   

 

As you drive up to the villa, you are greeted by this spacious gated property surrounded by trees and lush greenery.  An outside seating area is shaded by a large pergola and the established conifer trees add... that extra bit of privacy. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch and evening meal al fresco, around the rattan table with enough seating for everyone.  

 

The crystal clear overflow pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, takes centre stage at the front of the villa.  There is still enough room though for six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, gas BBQ and a table tennis table completes your outside entertainment.

 

A short stroll through the tree-lined footpath brings you to the sea where you can linger and savour the sights and sounds of the natural beauty of the area.

 

When you open the main door of the villa, you walk into the light and airy open plan lounge area with traditional Cypriot furnishings, cream leather sofa, air conditioning and a flat screen TV.  Two sets of patio doors, with blinds, lead onto the patio and pool area, with another shaded eating area.

 

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, bread bin, water dispenser and portable stereo.  There is also a downstairs w/c and hand basin and a door that leads to the property’s other patio.

 

Walk up the marble staircase, complete with handrail, and be impressed by the very large window, which lets in the glorious Cypriot sunshine. The large landing leads onto 3 good size bedrooms and a family bathroom.

 

The master and second bedrooms are both double rooms and have patio doors with blinds, which lead onto a shared balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sparkling pool area. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets, air conditioning, vanity mirrors and an abundance of wardrobe space.

 

The third twin room has 2 windows, blinds, a bedside cabinet, air conditioning and a vanity mirror with, again, plenty of wardrobe space.

 

All three bedrooms share a family bathroom, which has a shower over bath, lots of storage space and a vanity mirror over the sink area.

Protaras is a popular holiday destination that boasts a fabulous selection of beaches, many of which have been awarded blue flag status and splendid all year round weather.  Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras offers a variety of hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers.
Fig Tree Bay is the most popular beach in Protaras with its fine-grained white sand yielding to deep blue waters that are both shallow and clear. Just a few hundred metres from the beach sits a small rocky island that adventurous swimmers can reach and explore. The bay also hosts a variety of water sports - surfing, waterskiing, paragliding etc - and is serviced by a lifeguard between the hours of 10am-6pm.
The restaurants, pubs and bars gathered around the main road constitute the nightlife of this holiday resort. Almost every pub and bar is equipped with wide-screen televisions showing not only sport but also popular sitcoms. Karaoke and Live entertainment are customary in pubs and bars, though the live performances tend to be tribute acts of renowned singers such as Elvis and Cher, rather than acts exhibiting traditional Cypriot culture.
Even though there are not many nightclubs in Protaras, the majority of bars and pubs stay open until the late hours of the morning. Additionally, there is an endless number of nightclubs nearby at Ayia Napa, and plenty of taxis providing regular transport there and back.
There is a diverse selection of restaurants at Protaras, ranging from regular fast-food establishments such as McDonalds to restaurants that specialise in more exotic styles of cooking like Japanese cuisine to authentic Greek-Cypriot food, for those who wish to sample a splendid village Meze (a traditional banquet of savory dips, bite-size kebabs, stews and casseroles).

  After having an enjoyable stay at the villa, we thoroughly recommend the villa as it meets the high expectations and comfort that any family could wish for whilst staying in the Protaras area. The services of the management company are first class and were available to solve any queries that we had upon our arrival. The facilities of the pool alongside the spacious patio area gave a feeling of luxury. The Wi Fi was a much useful benefit as it saved us searching for local internet cafes. This property certainly gets 10/10 from us.
