Oceanview Luxury Villa 060 is set in the picturesque area of Protaras located with panoramic views of the green forest land directly behind the villa. Yet only a few minutes drive and you are on the trendy Protaras main strip. One of our inhouse interior designers has furnished the villa throughout with a luxury feel of modern white furnishings with a clean decor living room, white leather beds and crisp white linen. Each bedroom has the advantage of its own en-suite and wall mounted plasma TV.

In the warm evenings you can enjoy the sophisticated lounge seating from the roof top terrace which offers beautiful sea views. Simply a fantast...ic way to watch the sun go down. I am sure the children will love this villa with the use of full internet, iPod docking station, table tennis and Playstation 2 (games not provided). From our experience this villa has been equipped to make sure our clients have a homely and comfortable stay and revisit each year. This property is perfect for wedding parties or large families as we have multiple villas on the same complex.

The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables. This is all included in the rental price. We can supply baby packages or put up beds for a small charge on request.

This villa is fully managed by Oceanview giving you unequalled help and assistance 24 hours a day throughout your vacation. The others say it but we do it.

Additional Location Information

The villa is located between the centre of Protaras and the beautiful Cape Greko. The advantage of this location is that you are close enough to enjoy what both areas have to offer. Within a 20 minute stroll you are in the bustling town of Protaras, a lively resort with something for everyone or a 10 minute stroll and you can relax on the local sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Water sports are available for those feeling more energetic.

The blue flag Konnos Bay beach is one of the finest beaches you will find and well worth a visit with it's soft sand and shallow waters ideal for children. Just a little further past the bay you have Cape Greko National Park which is also well worth a visit. This villa is perfect for a relaxing break but is close enough to the larger resort should you want something more lively. A great holiday destination with a fantastic warm climate over 340 days of the year.

Pay only 20% deposit and the balance is payable on arrival at our 24 hour Check-In office in Protaras. Pay in cash if preferred to save card charges.
