The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables. This is all included in the rental price. We can supply baby packages or put up beds for a small charge on request.

The villa is located in the beautiful Cape Greko just bordering from the centre of Protaras. The advantage of this location is that you are close enough to enjoy what both areas have to offer. Within a 2 minute drive you are in the bustling town of Protaras, a lively resort with something for everyone or a 10 minute stroll and you can relax on the local sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Water sports are available for those feeling more energetic. The blue flag Konnos Bay is one of the finest beaches you will find and well worth a visit with its floating sun beds, soft sand and shallow waters ideal for children. A meal in the cliff top restaurant with stunning views over the bay is an experience not to be missed.

Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Famous for its golden coastline and sparkling clear waters; it is a favorite for both young and elderly, families and single parties. There are plenty of activities with many sandy beaches along the coastline with water sports ending with the famous Fig Tree Bay beach. You will also find a wide selection of bars and restaurants with various cuisines along with an abundance of shops to browse in.

Protaras holds many forms of entertainment and attractions; the beaches and water sports for daytime and bars, entertainment and nightlife for an evening. The many shops to browse include a supply for your everyday needs, shoes, clothes, gifts, jewellery and pharmacies. The bungee bounce trampolines will entertain the younger members of your party. You will also find 2 mini golf courses on the top road of Protaras, which entertain both young and elderly, with small amusement arcades and small cafes for some light refreshment. Just a little further past the bay you have Cape Greko National Park which is a truly stunning area and also well worth a visit. The sea caves are very popular for diving, attracting tourists from all over the world and also provides wonderful walks. This villa is perfect for a relaxing break but is close enough to the larger resort should you want something more lively. A great holiday destination with a fantastic warm climate over 340 days of the year.

Just a 5 minute drive away is the bustling resort of Ayia Napa known for it's club scene and a paradise for the young. A resort that never sleeps with an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all age groups and tastes. Ayia Napa boasts probably the largest water park in Europe and is well worth a day out. The 5 golden sandy beaches are some of the finest you will find.
