Protaras Deluxe Villa Dio is based only 200m from the beautiful resort of Protaras, on the south eastern coast of Cyprus. We offer you the most exquisite Cyprus holiday accommodation that you will remember for a lifetime. All the luxury villas are decorated to an incredibly beautiful standard and are guaranteed to leave you feeling pampered and relaxed, for however long your stay. Each of our holiday villas have been individually designed to accommodate the diversity of personal taste. Staying in one of these villas will make your Cyprus holidays unforgettable.
As you enter your luxury villa you will find the entrance beautifully furnis...hed, the living and dining area sumptuous and the kitchen modern and fully equipped, including dish washer. An air-conditioning unit is provided in the lounge for your comfort, whilst all of our lounge suites offer an open plan design that lead directly out onto the fully paved pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a cloakroom with washbasin where the iron and ironing board are conveniently located. From the living area, double patio doors lead you outside to your own private overflow swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week to ensure it is both healthy and sparklingly clean. Also located outside is a an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with outdoor furniture to make your alfresco dining experience complete.
At the top of the marble staircase you will find the washing machine. All of our villas in Cyprus have three bedrooms located on the upper floor - the master suite has a double bed and en-suite with shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units for your comfort, fitted wardrobes for your convenience and double doors leading out to your balcony. On this level you will find the family bathroom which is fully equipped with both a bath and shower. Also provided for your enjoyment and convenience is Sky TV, Playstation 2, and DVD player.
All villas have a private driveway and parking area to guarantee that your vehicle is kept safe during your stay.
Protaras Deluxe Villa Dio is a modern style villa and has a stunning entrance that boasts a brown leather armchair and ethnic style side table guaranteed to impress from the first impression. In the lounge you will find a cream velour corner suite with a classy glass dining table and brown leather chairs to make any dining experience a pleasure.
The master suite has a beautiful dark brown leather bed which is decorated in beautiful golden tones with just a splash of Vibrant Red. This bedroom also boasts the en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom has a cream shabby-chic double bed dressed in relaxing neutral tones. The third bedroom has matching twin beds with a colourful theme. A large full bathroom completes the first floor.
The night time view from this holiday villa will enhance your holiday in Cyprus as you can see the Prophet Elias Church on the hill lit up. During the day you may also see wedding parties congregate at the the little church to take wedding photos after Cyprus civil wedding ceremony.
