This lovely villa is situated in the small holiday village of Pernera, close to all amenities and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach.The downstairs area consists of a lounge with a large corner sofa and T.V. The well equipped kitchen leads to the dining table and 6 chairs and patio doors that lead to the enclosed garden with swimming pool. The patio has sunbeds and a table with 6 chairs for outside dining.Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and 2 of the rooms also have a T.V. Pernera in Cyprus is probably not one of the best known resorts on the East coast but it is certainly one of the nicest. Nestling below a hill this pretty little town has plenty to offer and holiday makers return there year after year. The main street sweeps right down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays protected by stone outcrops.Pernera beach itself is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the eastern coast of Cyprus. All of the beaches around Protaras have fine sandy beaches with calm clear blue waters which make them an excellent choice for families with young children. The Protaras offers an abundance of watersports including diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, paragliding, water-skiing, jet-skiing, speed boats and banana boat rides.
