We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 103. This unit opens on the pool and has direct access to the large pool area. The views are incredible and this location is not overcrowded. While access to the beach is a healthy walk, it is near Smith's reef where the snorkelling is excellent. We did rent a car for the majority of our 4 week stay and used it to visit the many outstanding beaches on the island. We could not believe the number of beautiful beaches that we had almost to ourselves. The weather was excellent and the pool area always had a nice comfortable breeze. Turtle Cove is very near the complex and is a beautiful spot with some excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants in the area including Baci, Shark Bite, Tiki Hut and Magnolia. The Green Bean coffee shop was a great spot for an occasional breakfast and lunch.
We much prefer to be in this type of accommodation as opposed to the large hotels. I must say when we went to the beach at a nearby hotel they were very accommodating with chairs and all of the amenities even though they knew we were not guests of that particular hotel. We ate at a variety of other restaurants on the island. We particularly enjoyed Somewhere, Hemingways, Lemon, Mango Reef & Las Brisas ( in Chalk Sound). The prices ranged from medium expensive to expensive, but the food in general was very good.
We would highly recommend this condo. As some have mentioned the stairs are formidable but actually quite beautiful. Jammin gelato is on site and it is delicious.

A good 30 minute walk away from Grace Bay but within easy walking distance of a decent beach, several good restaurants, a full service bike and scooter rental company and a nice area to explore this is a nice location for those that want to enjoy the Turks & Caicos in a setting other than a hotel. The ground floor unit is well appointed and comfortable and has a pool and sun deck within yards of its balcony.

I stayed with my husband and 3-year-old daughter in this unit and it was a great experience for us all. The unit is in a great location within the well-landscaped and well-maintained La Vista azul development in Turtle Cove. It was great to be in a pool-level unit in one of the buildings situated at the top of the hill. We spent each morning enjoying breakfast on the porch, enjoying the view.
The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived. Traveling with a little one, we really appreciated having access to a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. We also used the free wifi and the large flatscreen TV in the room with satellite cable. Based on the research I did online before booking this unit, this unit seems to be a good value for the island.
There are things to do within walking distance and some good restaurants, but we rented a car and enjoyed our trip more because of it. We spent a week exploring the island, going to many of Provo's lovely and beautiful beaches. The main tourist drag (where most of the big resorts on Provo are located) is only a 10-minute drive away, so we would often go there to eat. We came across La Vista azul online last year while searching for a place to stay. We actually took a villa on Longbay for 2 weeks & then were "snowed out" of Boston for 6 more days and could not get home due to snow. I remembered the condos & there you have it. We checked in! Six more days of paradise. Note: I am very particular. The condo association & owners were wonderful & very helpful. We loved this unit as it was on the pool level. Clean & comfy (very important to us) We would wake up each morning, take a dip in the pool & hot tub & just relax. Having been to the island several times the location was great. Walking distance to Turtle Cove, beach, green bean coffee... It is nice to have a car to tour the island but not necessary. The unit if fully equipped with everything you need however, some suggestions would be an oven broiler pan(i like to cook) & a zoom makeup mirror on bathroom wall (for us gals) & another set of "lower standard pillows" loved, loved loved it here - hope to see you soon - hi to all :) thanks nick

Turks and Caicos is just under four hours away by flight and quite the beautiful place with turquoise white soft sandy beaches and very friendly people. Vista azul which is only 10 minutes away from the airport is situated in Turtle Cove with a marina and minutes away from a beautiful beach and walking distance to a coffee shop and 4 lovely restaurants making it quite the place to be. Stayed in a beautiful studio apartment condo with a comfortable queen size bed and own balcony walkout which overlooked a beautiful view of the ocean and steps away from the pool and jacuzzi. Felt like it was my backyard. Also enjoyed using the BBQ which was provided on deck for our use. Very private and tranquil. Very modern updated interior with granite countertops and enjoyed all the amenities of the kitchen and the convenience of inhouse laundry facilities. Magnolia Restaurant which is walking distance was very elegant and enjoyed a beautiful sunset with marina view. Ten minutes by car to the beautiful resorts at Grace Bay which is an award-winning beach and duty-free shopping. All-in-all, great value for the money and very enjoyable.

This condo complex is perfect. I came out on the balcony and was just four steps down to the beautiful pool. The people of Turcs & Caicos are all super friendly. Accross the street from the condo is a coffee place that is similar to a starbucks. There is also restaurants for dinner in this same area all within walking distance. There is a beach accross the street from the condo which is like being in a private beach as there was no one around. It was great renting a car and driving around the island. The car rental place is also in walking distance from the complex. Gracebay is about a 12 minute drive from the complex and this is really the place to spend some time. This is really the most beautiful beach in the world. Gracebay has beautiful hotels and many restaurants within these hotels. There is some shopping in the gracebay area. There is two grocery stores on the island so you don't have to go out for dinner every night.

Very clean and well kept condo. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms came equipped with up to date kitchen appliances as well as a full washer/dryer, full fridge and stove. Beautiful pool and sauna for those days you just want to lounge around the pool. Great atmosphere would definitely go back again
