About the Tyler:

The main house of this Turks and Caicos villa rental, known as the Alfred Cottage, sits right next to Grace Bay beach (pictured above right) offers comfortable surroundings with a full sized kitchen including a microwave, washer and dryer, living room with flat screen TV and WiFi, dining room, one bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with an open air shower and furnished veranda. It is about 50 yards from the famed Grace Bay beach.

The second main house (sitting to the right and back from the Alfred Cottage, pictured above, left), is known as the Mary Cottage. It has two bedrooms - the master is large, with a king size bed and bath ensuite - and the second bedroom has a queen with an adjoining bathroom), also offers comfortable surroundings with a full sized kitchen including microwave, washer and dryer, living room with flat screen TV and WiFi, dining room, and furnished veranda. It sits about 75 yards from fabulous Grace Bay beach.

The third building, known as the Bunk House, features two large bedrooms with ensuite bath. One has a king, the other has a queen and twin bed.

All three buildings have their own 24/7 monitored security systems.
