My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The villa is perfectly appointed and the private "beach" on the canal was a treat. The owners live nearby if you need anything but they give you complete privacy. Highly recommended!

It was our first trip to TCI & we were not disappointed to say the least!
My husband & I stayed at the acacia Villa February 1, 2013 to February 10, 2013. The acacia was very, very clean & is meticulously maintained. The landscaping is beautiful & is done in such a way you have complete privacy. Acacia is lavishly furnished & is equipped with everything you could ask for & then some. All of the appliances are of very high quality right down to the cookware & cutlery. We really enjoyed the use of the BBQ. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chuck who helped familiarize us with the many features the acacia has to offer. Chuck & his wife Brenda live right next door (you would never know it) & were there to offer any advice we needed. We were treated to a gift certificate for the Coco Bistro along with a number of other amenities. They supply coolers, beach chairs & umbrellas to spend the day at the beach. There are so many other personal touches I could go on & on. We had hummingbirds, Geckos & a Green Heron visit poolside daily. Thank you Chuck & Brenda, because of you this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We are already planning our trip back there for 2014. -

Upon our arrival we were very pleasantly surprised to find this villa exactly as advertised. We will be returning next year. The entire villa inside and out is extremely clean and well kept. There is a lovely little beach that was a great place for coffee. Chuck and Brenda are charming hosts, they were available if we needed them but were not intrusive at all. We would recommend this villa. They do have a website.
It could just be me, but once I had gotten there i never wanted to leave. This villa as well as the island, was truly a great vacation experience. -

Peaceful, wonderful, spacious. Wonderful pool, nice having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the Villa for privacy. Everything you need is there and love the little private beach at the canal. Thanks Chuck and Brenda! Big Hugs, Mickey and Karen

My husband and I along with two friends stayed at the acacia Villa January 19th - January 26th, 2013. Where to begin? Chuck and Brenda (owners) were waiting for us when we arrived. They explained the villa and contents to us and advised if we needed anything just to call. You don't need or want for anything when you stay at this villa. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The Villa is beautiful and private. They supply everything from bug spray to coolers and snorkel equipment for the beach. When the sun goes down, you can sit outside, turn on the pool lights, light the torches and enjoy the beautiful evening. I would not hesitate to re-book this villa.

We stayed at acacia Villa for two weeks and absolutely loved it. It had everything you can possibly imagine and the pool was a great bonus. You are far enough from the action however it's just a short drive away to shops/restaurants, etc.
We would highly recommend this villa; it was very comfortable and very clean. -

What a relaxing week!! This is by far the best rental I ever booked!! There was no need for anything!! We like to cook and the kitchen was great! The stereo had a plug in for our Ipod music which was easily heard from in the home or around the pool! The Kayaks were great fun in the canals. The beds are comfortable. Chuck and Brenda even though they live next door gave you your complete privacy (nice people!!). The day we arrived Chuck gave us a full rundown of the Villa and the Island plus provided a of information that we referred often. We will be back!!

We returned from our trip to Provo almost a week ago, and just looking at these pictures of acacia Villa makes me feel "home sick". The two weeks we spent there were wonderful. Brenda and Chuck were great hosts, and the Villa is stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, kayaks, toiletries, washer/dryer, and a great selection of books and Dvds once we depleted our own stash.
The location of acacia is perfect. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, so feels really safe. The beach is a 5 minute drive down the road and clearly marked by a Beach access sign. We also took trips to other beaches (Sopadillo Bay and Taylor Bay are a must), and even though they're on the other end of the island, it's only a 20 minute ride. Or, when we didn't want to leave the house, we went swimming in the clear blue canal behind the house. We saw a turtle swim by on the first day!
This was our first stay at a villa, we've always done all-Inclusive resorts, but now we're hooked. The privacy can't be beat. Staying in and cooking dinner in the kitchen or on the grill just added to that feeling of home.
The villa was clean and modern and I can't think of a single thing I would add. Absolutely perfect! -

I cannot say enough about Villa acacia, Chuck, and Brenda. I feel like they rent this villa only because they enjoy giving so much. They were always available to give suggestions or answer questions, but only if you contacted them-never intrusive. They were awesome to deal with, start to finish. The villa is exceptional. Clean and modern and stocked with everything you need for your stay, except food. Beds were comfortable. I cannot begin to explain how we enjoyed the pool! It was surrounded by a thick tropical garden that provided privacy all the way around the villa and pool. There was snorkeling equipment for three, which is highly addictive, with almost perfect visibility all but two days of our ten night trip. The kayaking is a must, and there are life jackets provided. We took the small cooler (again, provided) and toured the mangrove across the channel. We toured Iguana Island (across the channel) also. Most of what we did was free and sooo enjoyable! Picnics everywhere, snorkeling everywhere, kayaking near the villa (get a map-oh nevermind, it's provided!) Hint: if you don't have a lot of upper body strength, tie the kayaks together so you can get through the channel quickly. We crossed it in record time when the tide was going out and the current was strong. Our favorite meals were prepared at the villa and enjoyed under the stars with the coconut and palm trees blowing on the back patio by the pool lit by torchlight. So romantic. We bought our groceries at Graceway Gourmet and the IGa. The IGa is less expensive, but a lot bussier. This place would be perfect for two couples traveling together, a family, or like us- a couple celebrating a special occasion (25 years!). The neighborhood is quiet, safe, gated and upscale. The island, although it had it's share of poverty (other end of island), was (according to other tourists we met) the best "all around" island that they had visited. They said the water was the best, the people were friendly, and the poverty-stricken areas were "nothing" compared to other islands. I'm not downing poverty, but in reality, crime is higher in those areas world-wide (we never felt threatened at all). The island people were friendly and soft spoken. We were told twice when we mentioned that this was our first island to visit, that we started on the best island and would be dissappointed by all the rest. These were seasoned tourists making these comments. Best restaurants: (we did not eat out often) Mango Reef, Coco Bistro, Bella Lunna. Did not enjoy the service at Danny Bouy's, but the other waitress seemed to be good, so I can't down the place. The food was good everywhere. Malcolm Beach had the best "solo" snorkeling. We renewed our vows there and andy with Brilliance (Tropical) Photograpy was great! We really enjoyed the snorkeling excursion with Big Blue Unlimited. The sunset cruise on the atebeyra was fantastic. We saw almost every beach and they were all beautiful! I know this was supposed to be a review of Villa acacia, so I appologize if I got off the subject, but this was the most fantastic place we have ever been, and I want to share it with everyone! We will be back to stay with you again! Sincerely, Tim and Becky---Mississippi

We just returned from our stay at acacia Villa. The Villa was awesome. Not enough words to describe the experience but we can say that the owners have absolutely thought of everything. Best trip so far and we are already planning for a return trip in 2012. Worth every bit and then some.

It is as beautiful as the pictures! Chuck and Brenda have thought of everything and more. The house is beautifully appointed and leaves nothing to be needed. If you want relaxation and privacy this far exceeds a resort. The hospitality is wonderful including a stocked fridge and a gift certificate to a lovely restaurant.
Kayaking in the canal is fun but most days just being lazy in the beautiful villa soothes the soul. I am afraid of trying any other villa any where as they have set the standards high. Thanks for an incredible 11 nights! -

52699Best 2 BR Villa on Provo - Hands Down!
Left on 09/27/2010 for a stay in September 2010
My wife and I just returned from our stay at acacia Villa and it could not have been better. It was our 25th year wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier that we chose this villa. The villa was all that! Take a look at the pictures on the website and believe your eyes when you see that everything looks new, has upscale funiture/fixtures, and extremely well cared for! The kitchen, very modern with everything you need to prepare a perfect meal including spices.
The pool and landscaping were beautiful. From the many palm trees around the pool to the entry way into the villa (new pavers) it is clear that the owners take great pride in their villa. The pool was very clean, warm, and private. The outside patio also included a Weber gas grill which we took advantage of to cook some nice steaks (from the local IGa) one evening.
Our start to our great week started at the airport where Grace Bay Car Rentals (good people) met us and directed us to the villa. Upon arrival to the villa the owners met us at the door to take us on the tour and show us everything we needed to know about the place. We arrived on a Sunday (no beer or wine sales on Sunday) and just like they tell you on the website, beer and wine (and eggs, milk, water, sodas) were ready for us to start the week. The owners were very knowledgable and had great suggestions for dining, shopping, and other recreational activities including a snorkling trip and sunset cruise (which we took advantage of later in the week).
The villa is located in a very nice residential location and is right on the Leeward canal. Grace Bay Beach and shopping is a very, very short drive away. Speaking of the canal, we took advantage of the 2 kayaks provided on several occasions, great perk (and good exercise). There is also a nice little beach at the canal with beach chairs to hang out in and read a good book (very quiet and private).
We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation villa. For the price of a hotel, you get so, so much more for your money (privacy, pool, upscale house, kayaks, lush gardens, canal right there where you could rent a boat and dock right at your villa, etc.). One more thing, the owners live right on the island so if you ever have an issue or just need suggestions or help with anything, they are only a phone call away.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us...we will be back!
