A 4000 sq ft Mediterranean styled palace in the sun, this three bedroom villa with one bedroom guest cottage and 150 feet of water frontage has brand new stainless steel appliances, living, and bedroom furniture. The views from this Tal Majal in the tropics are endless and are some of the best on the island. The master bedroom has beautiful wooden french doors that open up to its own terrace allowing you to read your favorite book while you bask in the ever present trade winds. Additionally,with a semicircular stone staircase that literally disappears into gin clear water in the rear of the villa, you have never been closer to the water.

For those who love to snorkel, Three Cays Villa is named as such because directly behind the villa, are three natural reefs teeming with sea life.   I think they should update their pictures because they had to have been taken years before. The house needs some maintenance and a bit heavier cleaning. Don't get me wrong, i would stay again. The next time I would make sure we had a Jeep. The roads to the house are terrible.
