A 4000 sq ft Mediterranean styled palace in the sun, this three bedroom villa with one bedroom guest cottage and 150 feet of water frontage has brand new stainless steel appliances, living, and bedroom furniture. The views from this Tal Majal in the tropics are endless and are some of the best on the island. The master bedroom has beautiful wooden french doors that open up to its own terrace allowing you to read your favorite book while you bask in the ever present trade winds. Additionally,with a semicircular stone staircase that literally disappears into gin clear water in the rear of the villa, you have never been closer to the water.

Sit by the pool in the fully landscaped, mature gardens or lounge by the ocean on the large coral stone tile patio. For those who love to snorkel, Three Cays Villa is named as such because directly behind the villa, are three natural reefs teeming with sea life. For those lazy days you may wish to sit around in the ocean front fully covered terrace and listen to your favorite tunes with a sound system that has exterior speakers and can be heard anywhere in the pool area. There is also a brand new Weber gas grill in the terrace area to fire up your favorite dish. Moreover, daily maid service is available every morning, if you so desire, at no extra charge to you. The house is electric gated and walled for extra privacy, is tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished with all the amenities to ensure a carefree vacation. The great room has hardwood floors, floor to ceiling custom made bookshelves with library ladder, an entertainment center with storage area, and a brand new fifty inch LCD high definition Television connected to satellite.

Response from the owner We thank you for your kind words. We strive to accommodate guests as best we can. We are not sure what you mean by charging by heartbeat but assume you mean we have a base rate and charge for additional guests. This is standard practice around the world. We provide a 100.00 dollar allotment of electricity to allow guests to decide how to use it judiciously. Electricity cost on island is prohibitive. Typical usage of electricity for a week is about 100.00. Cameras are exterior security cameras. Security deposit is also an industry standard. Road immediately in front of villa will be paved January/February 2020. There are three new kayaks on property and dishwasher malfunctioned and was replaced. House keeping is professional and we apologize for any invconvenience you may have experienced. A rental agreement is necessary to protect you and the villa.
