Great beach house, steps away from the beautiful ocean.

Perfect for extended families. The turtle cove area offers restaurants and boat tours at the marina: just a 5 minute walk away. The balcony was a perfect gathering place with a cooling breeze all day.

This was the 6th year my family met in TCI for a week on the beach. Our children & grandchildren came from 3 different locations to meet for a special family time. We rented a 4 bedroom villa for the first 5 years, near Beaches, which was wonderful. But this year we needed another bedroom, as the grandchildren have grown, and need more space. We were so lucky to find this villa on the western part of Grace Bay Beach, very near to Turtle Cove and all the restaurants. We called it our tree house, as there are 3 floors, and the 3rd floor where the kitchen, dining, and living space is, was amazing. The deck went all the way around the house and gave us plenty of space for all ages and such an incredible view. We were able to walk out of the house, directly down to the beach where the children could build sand castles and enjoy the calm waters, swim a little further out or walk down the beach to Smith Reef for fantastic snorkeling. You need a rental car to get to the IGa, and we cooked and grilled for most meals. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. If you have several families this house is a great way to enjoy Tci's beautiful blue water and white sand. Oh, and the pool in the back of the house had shade and made it very enjoyable for swimming with the children. The tropical gardens around the house are beautiful! Three bedrooms on the second floor included the master that had a private deck and a walk directly to the beach. The first floor had 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen and walked directly to the pool. I would definitely recommend this to families who want a relaxing private time at the beach. We hope to return next year.
