The villa is located near Taylor Bay, Chalk Sound Area, which is the south west area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Approximately 7 miles from the international airport, this is an exclusive residential peninsula that has the ocean on one side and iridescent Chalk Sound on the other.
Taylor Bay Beach is considered one of the finest on Providenciales- quiet, secluded and almost private. There are food stores with 1- 5 miles and a fine restaurant , Las Brisas less than a mile away.

Stunning Home with amazing Views

We just returned from an 8-night stay and reality isn't nearly as nice! This home is completely as advertised, and we can't wait to return. Ken was very accomodating and provided us with many recommendations of things to do in the area. The kitchen was stocked with high-quality utensils and we were able to create great meals at the Villa. Beds were comfy, home was spotlessly clean, pool was gorgeous- it's a dream home. Stay here! We've stayed in many homes on many islands, and this was, by far, the best.

I think this was the fifth time I have stayed in Villa Rossa Di Sera with various family members adults and children, and it just keeps getting better and better. And it was already perfect! Fabulous views all round, 3 min walk to the quiet white sand beach, private pool and gorgeous gardens, great balance of relaxing and active things to do. Such a wonderful combination of elegance and comfort in every aspect of this well thought out home. Superbly equipped. Paradise! Ken and Nancy are wonderful, caring hosts.

A great experience from start to finish. From the pick up at the airport, to the quality of the home and all its amenities. We travelled as a group of eight and had no difficulty finding our space in this wonderfully designed, constructed and appointed home. Very secure. The pool was a great hit with all the family and the views were spectacular.

We stayed at this home in Jan 2013 with 2 families - 4 adults, and 4 kids aged 6 to 11. It was perfect! The home is well equipped and exactly as shown in the photographs. The pool area was a huge hit with everyone, it's very private and absolutely gorgeous. Taylor Bay Beach is without doubt the nicest beach we have ever seen. Pictures don't do it justice and it's so quiet and peaceful...makes you feel like it's your own private beach. We had absolutely no issues with this home not being directly on the beach, it's a short walk of maybe 3 minutes to the beach.
Ken and Nancy are wonderful hosts as well.
Can't say enough good things about the experience ~ we'll be back for sure! -

Where to start? Ken was great to work with - available when needed and hidden when not. He's exceedingly knowledgeable about the area and friendly. The pictures do not do the house justice. The living space - indoor and out - was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We bought plenty of food at the well stocked, modern grocery store and cooked at home most nights. The kitchen was well appointed and the open concept space was perfect. The beach was spectacular, quiet and private, especially for our group of 2 families with young children. The home had great chairs, beach toys, etc. that were also welcome. And the pool, patio, hot tub and gas grill could not have been better. The basement bedroom is average, main floor bedrooms above average, and master bedroom superb. The home exceeded my expectations in virtually every aspect. The only slight drawback was that some bugs (mosquitos?) came through some of the small window screen openings and resulted in a bunch of bug bites on the kids (who slept on the main floor).

This villa was absolutely beautiful and a great location. I've been renting villas in the Caribbean for many years and this villa was a great value for all the amenities provided (particularly for Provo). The pool area was lovely and there was a beach within walking distance. The owner was close by, very helpful and never intrusive. Would love to go back! Thanks, Ken!

Ken's home is a perfect island paradise. It is located right smack in the middle just steps away from chalk sound on one side and Taylor Bay on the other. We walked to the beach daily and swam in crystal clear, warm blue water. White sandy beach and the water is shallow for what seems like a half mile out. The back yard at the house has an amazing pool which all the kids and adults loved at the end of each long sunny day. The home has an amazing sound system and great selection of music which we could listen to pool side as well. The home itself is breathtaking and there was never a need to use air conditioning (even though it is offered) due to the way the house was built. You could feel perfect cool breezes from anywhere in the house. The kitchen was perfect to cook in and to host dinners. The bedrooms are roomy but I will warn you that there will be fighting over who will get the amazing master suite. The master retreat has views and breezes like you can't believe. Our families split the time evenly because that's how great the room really is. Ken has Kayaks, snorkle gear, beach towels and anything else you will ever need to have an amazing time. Everthing is in new condition and very clean. I'm still dreaming of my perfect Turks and Caicos chateau overlooking the sound and steps away from the most beautiful beach ever! We had four adults and 5 young teens and this home could not have served us better. Almost forgot to mention Iguana Island which you can easily kayak to. There are hundreds of friendly Iguanas, nothing like you have ever seen. This was a perfect one week getaway after being sheltered at Beaches for a week. Beaches was great but this was authentic and we got to see more of the island! You will have fun checking out all the amazing beaches the island has to offer and all the amazing snorkeling and scuba diving spots, not to mention the amazing beachcombing. We came home with the most beautiful shells. Ken is a perfect host!
