Villa Wyakha is a large and elegant Villa on a beautiful beach front property. It is situated in Long Bay, a quiet and undeveloped area with miles of open white sand beach and sparkling clear turquoise water. It is ideal for the type of person who wants to be close to nature and seeks peace, quiet and natural beauty.

The Villa... sits on a large piece of land and is nestled amongst the lush native bush and jungle of this side of the island. The beach is almost empty with only an occasional person out for a stroll or the daily horses going by.

The Suite is luxuriously outfitted with beautiful furniture, granite and marble tile and high-end appliances. The Villa is brand new and completely modern with full amenities including dishwasher, Internet, and cable TV. It has a stunning view of the sea. There is almost always a fresh breeze, and though provided with fans and AC, you’ll rarely use them. The Villa is eco-built with detailed attention to environmental impact.

Though situated in a natural and undeveloped area, we are just a 5-minute drive to the other side of the island, where you can find the upscale shops and restaurants of Grace Bay Beach.

Villa Wyakha is adjacent to our other property and shares a common pool and hot tub/spa area and a well-equipped gym. Please contact us for details for our other property.

A Kite boarder's Paradise

Villa Wyakha is on the main kite boarding beach of Provo with great winds and warm, shallow and safe waters. It’s a great place to learn kite boarding, or if you're already a kite boarder, you'll love the variety of waters available here. We are ideally setup for kiting with compressed air on the beach (no hand pumping!), two self-launch/landing pads so you can easily kite on your own, and a large sandy setup area.Read more

Long Bay is the quiet side of the island. It has a 4-mile beach with only a few Villas on it. The waters here are shallow and warm, making it safe for children. The area has low population and brings a sense of peace and serenity.

  We can't say enough good things about Villa Esencia! First--the beach there is breathtaking! You'll read on the internet how Grace Bay is the best beach in Turks and Caicos--but the beach off Long Bay is prettier, more serene, much quieter and more private. Grace Bay is lined with resorts and restaurants which are a short drive away, but too commercial for our taste. We rented a "garden view" room (a little cheaper because there's no view of the ocean), and absolutely loved the privacy. Every room has its own private entrance and beach access (a short walk through the palms and bougainvilla), its own semi-private beach cabana, and all the amenities you need or want: full kitchen and supplies, phone for local and U.S. calls, washer/dryer, DVD player and TV (and there is a video store in Provo--and not much to do at night), and wifi. There's also access to kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel equipment. We loved being away from everything and still being comfortable. And Ritama was always very helpful. This is definitely the best place we've ever stayed on vacation. Loved it!

  A Delightful Surprise in Paradise

  Caicos is an expensive island. We found this delightful jewel on the Tripadvisor site. This was a gated property on a beautiful beach at a wonderful price. This villa was private, clean, perfectly appointed with furniture, and the owners who live on the beach property are so helpful. The Longs Bay beach has white sand, turquiose water, and is so fun to play in and on! This property is close to several marinas if you boat and scuba scuba dive. Caicos is my favorite island, and this villa is a perfect place to stay.

  Sono stata in questa struttura in agosto per 8 giorni con mio marito,cercavamo una vacanza di assoluto relax su una bella spiaggia,è esattamente quello che abbiamo trovato!
  La casa è molto accogliente,curata,pulita ed in perfetto stato di manutenzione.
  Internet veloce perfettamente funzionante,elettrodomestici di qualità,asciugamani abbondanti per il bagno e per la spiaggia.Si arriva alla spiaggia in un attimo attraversando un tratto di folta vegetazione e la spiaggia è stupenda,lunghissima,bianchissima e praticamente deserta.Su questo lato dell'isola non ci sono alberghi,solo case private direi davvero poco frequentate in agosto.
  I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili,ci sono 2 cani affettuosi,ma non invadenti.
  Abbiamo usato una macchina che ci è stata messa a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno,indispensabile per raggiungere negozi o ristoranti,attenzione alla guida a sinistra!
  Non abbiamo mai usato l'aria condizionata perchè c'è sempre un vento leggero che alleggerisce il caldo.
  Ci è piaciuto tutto moltissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente anche per una vacanza con un gruppo di amici.

  Perfect Vacation

  My husband and I spend June 1st - June 9th in an ocean view unit at Villa Wyakha. We stayed in Wyakha #4 – on the upper left side looking out over the pool area and beyond that the ocean. Owner Ritama greeted us at our unit upon arrival and gave us a tour of the unit and grounds. We then proceeded to begin our long awaited vacation with a late lunch and some beach time. We awoke the next morning with a cool ocean breeze and the sounds of waves crashing. We both slept better than we had in a long time…not sure if it was the bed or the ocean air but it was a perfect way to start our first full day on the island.
  
  As a couple who are "low maintenance", enjoy nature and the outdoors, we were not interested in the large high rise resort atmosphere of Grace Bay. We spent months looking for the perfect "off the beaten path", quiet, serene and relaxing spot. We found exactly what we were looking for at Villa Wyakha. No hordes of people, no screaming kids in the pool or on the beach – just the sound of waves, music and a blender! (As the another poster noted, there was construction next door – but it was during the day when we were either out doing something on the island or at the beach where you could not hear anything but the ocean – not disruptive to us at all.) We were turned off by the accommodations we saw in Grace Bay both online and once we arrived. Villa Wyakha is literally 5 minutes away by car to Grace Bay - so grocery stores, restaurants and activities are very close. I felt very lucky that we could escape back to our quiet little piece of paradise after we went into town for shopping, lunch/dinner or daily activities.
  
  We found the unit and the lush grounds to be clean and well cared for. The pool area was perfectly situated right outside the units which you pass through to get to the trail which leads to the beautiful beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the white sugar sand beach for all guests. The first few days there was little wind, but once the wind picked up we were entertained by the kite surfers who love the shallow waters of Long Bay. The Provo Ponies made 2 daily passes which was also a treat to watch.
  
  We found our hosts Ritama & Kabir, their 2 dogs and staff a delight to deal with. The home they have created is a paradise and we feel very fortunate to have had them share it with us. We are extremely happy with our choice to stay at Villa Wyakha and will definitely return in the future.
