Casa Conchiglia (Shell House) is a private three bedroom, three and a half bath Oceanfront home situated on the south shore. Each of the three bedrooms (2 ocean view ) include en-suite bathrooms and flat screen tv's.
The villa is located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Road where guests will find dining, groceries and entertainment.
Open the huge glass doors and allow the constant tradewinds to keep you cool. A true indoor/outdoor tropical expierience.

Casa Conchiglia (Shell House) is located 5 minutes from busy Grace Bay Beach. Only minutes to Long Bay Beach. Situated 40' above the iron shore, the panoramic views of the ever changing turquoise water of the Caicos Bank are breathtaking. It is a quiet, tranquil place to recharge one's soul. Although close to all restaurants, shopping and beaches, a rental car is suggested.

I traveled to the Turks and Caicos in late Oct2012 and stayed at Casa Conchiglia. We escaped Hurricane Sandy and spent the week with nothing but luxury and pure relaxation. The villa is absolutely amazing! Whether it be sunning on the wide and expansive pool deck, lounging on the covered porch, or pouring yourself a drink in the incredible chefs kitchen, you still had a view of the clear aqua Carribean water. I dont even think the pictures do this villa justice! The set-up and decor of the villa is great, and very suitable for couples traveling together. Each room has its own private bath, ac unit, and cable TV. The villa is a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay beach. We did make the short, five minute drive, over to Grace Bay a couple of times, but each day we were excited to get back to our spacious villa after we were done in the sun. Overall we could not have asked for a better, more perfect set up than Casa Conchiglia. The owners have done a remarkable job maximizing every inch of the space and we cannot wait to return. We would 100% stay at this villa again and are already planning a return trip. Heaven on earth!!!

Our visit to the Turks and Caicos, specifically Casa Conchiglia, was just heavenly. Previously ( this was our 6th trip) we had stayed on Grace Bay. We wanted something different and we were more than happy with our choice of this Long Bay location. we wanted something more secluded and not amongst a crowd needing to stake out a lounge chair or palapa. Yet in 5 -10 minutes we could be at many restaurants, grace bay beach or leeward beach (fantastic and near perfect sunsets with no one around). This villa is very new and pristine with great amenities - from the comfortable furniture, beds and bedding to the top of the line appliances, cookware , outdoor grill and chaise lounges. The plunge pool is a delight and the whole outdoor terrace area is wonderful for sunbathing... With 2 covered( one screened in ) for those who dont want too much sun.in addition there is a lower patio down at the water , perfect for sunset cocktails. There is an easy path into the water which is perfect for an afternoon swim.The property is very clean and well maintained (newly built) and the owners were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Casa Conchiglia without hesitation; we are already planning a return visit for 2014. It is better suited for adults - perfect for 2-3 couples since each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.The pictures very accurately depict the beauty of this property! And did I mention the views? Unbelievable - especially the sunrises!
