An elegant, exclusive and well equipped home from home Villa with every comfort and sought, detailed furnishings designed with the most attentive and demanding guest in mind, who loves to feel attentively surrounded. Villa degli Archi is a part of the same Estate of Villa Vista Lago, they could be rented altogheter to accommodate a larger group, up to 12 people in a very exclusive location.

A totally relaxing atmosphere surrounds the guests of VIlla degli Archi. A property of value designed by the architect Maroni during the 1920’s and restored in 2011 to accommodate a guest house. The decor, colours, scents and tastes are all in perf...ect tune with nothing left to chance but everything magically harmonised to excite the desire to live a dream. Warm coloured marbles, fine fabrics, precious woods and refined details all converse with extreme ease and are able to seduce every attentive guest in dream surroundings.

THE VILLA. The property is located in a marvellous context where only the brush strokes of colour, typical of Lake Garda, know how to give merit to every particular. Situated on the western coast of the lake, in the ‘Parco Alto Garda Bresciano’ on the gentle slopes of the Pizzoccolo mountain and set in the tiny village of Gaino, with an altitude of approximately 300 metres. From this point one has a breathtaking view of the lake in the direction of the Rocca di Manerba, Borghese Island and of Sirmione’s peninsula. A few kilometres away from the centre of the city of Salò, that of Gardone Riviera and that of Riva del Garda. The Villa dominates an area of 100,000 square meters dotted with a thousand one-hundred-year-old olive trees, all belonging to the classic cultivation of the Garda region in full production. The Casaliva, Leccino, Pendolino and Gargna' are all varieties of native trees which are both rare and difficult to cultivate which give extra virgin olive oil that carries the D.O.P certificate .

An atmosphere of total relaxation shrouds every detail, creating a comfortable and welcoming residence. A conservatory, built in iron and glass and facing the lake, also accomodates a living area and kitchen illuminated by an invasion of natural light. The light, filtered by the fine linen curtains attached to the ceilings, give a refined ambiance to the interiors. Delicate shades and fine décor all have the ability to enhance without interfering with a perfect work of art. At the rear of the house there is the spacious, practical and functional kitchen that could satisfy even the most refined palate.

The Villa is developed onto 2 floors:

Ground Floor: The living area consists of living room and dining room, with elegant, original Venetian floors and historical fireplaces. There is also a piano and a billiard room. From the living rooms and from the kitchen you can enjoy an amazing view of the Monte Baldo and the southern part of Lake Garda.

First Floor: The villa has three double bedrooms, all recently renewed which maintain the original furnishing styled by the designer who could count the famous villa of the Italian Poet Gabriele D'Annunzio amoung his work, each with TV and private bathroom, offering availability for six adults. Two bedrooms have terrace and lake view.

A large Jacuzzi outdoor for 6/8 seats is the most welcoming and perfect places of relaxation facing towards the magnificent view of the lake. A barbecue is at guests disposal.

All our guests are warmly welcomed with particular discretion. Our guests have the privilege to be able to choose their own selected assistants in order to make their stay more exclusive. A booklet containing a list of useful addresses, such as private chauffeurs to visit the territory, boat services, personal shopper, personal trainer, private cook, masseuse, beautician, home delivery service and anything else one would desire.

For lovers of historical towns, just a few kilometres’ distance from the estate, lies the splendid Gardone Riviera, home to "il Vittoriale degli Italiani", the historical residence of the poet and writer Gabriele D’Annunzio, who spent the last years of his life here, in voluntary exile, from 1921 until his death on March 1st, 1938. The estate overlooks an incredible view, with the Island of Garda in the foreground. Its neo-gothic palace, surrounded by Italian gardens and original luxuriant vegetation, makes this an all important botanical garden. Although the island is privately owned, guided tours are organized by appointment. Beyond the gardens, along the southern coastline of the lake, lies the Gulf of Desenzano with the Sirmione peninsula, where the ruins of the roman villa – the "grotte di Catullo" – can still be admired.Read more
