  Great location & building but very poorly maintained and rundown

  As sent to property manager:
  "Apartment we're renting is in a great location and a nice space but there are a number of deficiencies re upkeep etc. that there is really no excuse for that I am documenting as found below, both for your information and also that we are not held responsible vis a vis my security deposit.
  
  - 7 light bulbs out in unit upon arrival, we found replacements for 2 of them
  - fan in main bathroom doesn't work and is very filthy
  - wood flooring has heaved very badly at entrance to master bedroom such that sliding door cannot be closed, thus no privacy for those using bedroom as well as those in living area
  - lock on master bedroom door entering back garden is broken and presently unable to properly close door let alone lock it, a safety and security issue
  - curtains covering master bedroom door to garden are partially pulled off of rings and appear missing pieces; the height of ceiling doesn't allow me to try and fix without tall ladder
  - tap handle for sink in main bathroom not attached
  - towel rack at sink in main bathroom broken and bar piece is missing
  - many instances of plaster issues on walls, the place needs some plaster repairs and new paint job
  - chaise lounge chair in garden is broken
  - numerous downed branches etc. in garden; garden area requires some love and attention
  - both toilets do not fully shut off, thus run continually; not a problem for us but wasting water
  - minimal soap and toilet paper provided, disappointing given the small cost involved
  - rubber seal around shower door in 2nd bathroom partially pulled off
  - sink in 2nd bathroom chipped and dangerous
  - # of cups/glasses had chips in them
  
  There are probably additional issues but have spent enough time on this and want to get out and explore the beauty of Buenos aires."
