Great location, and what a nice house! The furnishings were attractive and comfortable, and everything was clean and well equipped. We felt quite at home. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your place, and for being so responsive. We'll be sure to tell our friends and try to come back sometime.

New York, NYA wonderful respite and introduction to Provincetown!
Left on 07/26/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We had a wonderful time in Provincetown and were so grateful to have this beautiful apartment to return to each evening. The apartment's East End location gives you a taste of both worlds - total immersion in the peaceful quiet of nature just a 10-15 minute bike ride or 20-25 minute walk from the heart of all the fun & action of Commercial Street.
The reservation process with Nancy was simple and easy. The apartment was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with movies, music, and books. The kitchen was also well-stocked with appliances and tools for cooking and grilling. The bedrooms were equipped with ample storage spaces and comfy beds. I must say, the screened-in porch was the perfect location for my morning cup of coffee (or two) and daily visits from the family of wild turkeys.
Nancy's condo provided a much needed respite from the crazy city and a wonderful introduction to Provincetown!

Impeccably clean, roomy, fully equiped condo. Beds are comfortable, ceiling fans keep it flowing but the best part is the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. We loved the dunes, shopping, beaches, whale-watching, restaurants -- all that P-town has to offer -- yet our best day was spend in the condo reading while rocking in chairs overlooking treetops.

Walesour dream holiday in provincetown
Left on 02/06/2011 for a stay in September 2010
I was a little anxious that things may not be as they had been descibed . I need not have worried at all. The house far exceeded my expectations. You are immediately struck by the homely atmosphere. The d?cor is perfect with warm autumnal colours, and the furniture was lovely , The living space is large, open plan, with a beautiful dining area, and across the back of the house is a wonderful screen porch,The kitchen was excellent, a fabulous cooker and microwave and an big fridge, and all the utensils you would possibly need. Upstairs was gorgeous, I was thrilled with our room, it was huge with fabulous bedding, and storage, the second bedroom was as lovely with matching bedding, and an immaculate bathroom . Access to a rooftop terrace with lovely views. The attention to detail is lovely with books and little ornaments everywhere and a great selection of films and cds. . A great laundry area too!. Outside there is a huge barbecue too!. The local supermarket, easy to get to and sells everything you could possibly need, Provincetown was the most fabulous place, with its beaches and sunsets, we walked into the town, which was quite easy , and the vibrancy and colour was everywhere. It was early September, so we did not have to cope with huge crowds of people, but it was still very much full of life.. The array of shops and art gallerys is amazing, as is most of the property, all of it being individual and quirky, with some lovely places to eat.Our first sunset was something I will never forget, it was the most spectacular thing, the colours of the beach and all around changed so much, moving from one shade to another, Truly beautiful. The next six days we had some fabulous experiences, whale watching being something I will never ever forget. Before we knew it, it was time to leave.I had gotten so comfortable there. We drove away, both adamant that we would be returning the following year without hesitation, which, indeed we are!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated..has all the comforts you could want. Kitchen is good sized. It's located in a quiet area away from the "hubbub" of town. The view from the screened-in back porch is lovely trees, which adds to the feeling of a private oasis. It's a 5 minute walk to the ocean, and a nice walk into town.

SomervilleI am visiting again this year.
Left on 01/28/2011 for a stay in June 2010
I loved staying in this condo! It is walking distance to the beach, a short bike ride to P-town, close to the Cape Cod National Sea Shore, and a ferry ride away from Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. The condo has a great porch that was surrounded by trees - perfect for meditation. The kitchen was big enough so that we could cook leisurely meals instead of having to eat out. There was also a great selection of movies which kept my son happy. There are two nice sized bedrooms, but no so big that relatives want to come stay - which was an extra bonus! The split between upstairs and downstairs made it a nice layout for families with kids; they can go to bed early and not be disturbed by parents down below.

BostonA peaceful retreat, close to all that Ptown has to offer
Left on 01/27/2011 for a stay in July 2010
I absolutely loved everything about this cozy vacation spot.
Close to all that Provincetown offers.Just a short walk away from galleries, restaurants and shops and provided parking made it an easy drive to the local beaches for a swim or to view one of the amazing sunsets.
The condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the screened in back porch abutting conservation land that provided a lovely, quiet retreat from the heat of the day. I also enjoyed the option of the other various sitting areas (upper deck and front porch) to sit back and enjoy a cool drink or cook up dinner on the provided grill.
If you're one that enjoys this colorful town but loves to retreat to a peaceful, relaxing setting then this condo is the place for you.Response from Nancy J Young - 02/18/2011
