This 3 BR/2 BA cottage was completely rebuilt 10 years ago for the owner's second home. It has an open living/dining/kitchen on the first floor, along with one small bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath. The second floor has two larger queen size bedrooms with a shower bath between. The house is fully furnished with TVs, appliances (including washer/dryer) and window A/C units in each bedroom. The house also has decks on 3 sides and a gas grill. It includes parking for one car, and is on Atlantic Avenue, which is minutes to everything, including less than a block to the town beach near the Boatslip.

Atlantic Avenue is a one block quiet street between Commercial and Bradford in the west end, steps from everything. It's minute walk to the town beach and the Boatslip, 5 minutes to the center of town or the gym. It is the 3rd house on the right when walking from Commercial Street.

We stayed in this lovely 3 BR 2 Bath home while visiting Ptown in 2010. We wanted a place that was close to the action on Commercial Street without the noise that goes with the excitement of Ptown. The location is one block from The Boat Slip on a quiet residential street. The Cape Cod style home exceeded our expectations. The entire home has been completely redone and was very spacious. We had friends join us for the weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us. The Innkeeper / Owner of the property was extremely helpful and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. The art in the home is a portion of the personal collection of the Innkeeper / Owner. There are great neighbors that live around the home as well. They make you feel welcome when you are visiting. If you are lucky, baked goods might even end up on your doorstep from one of the resident neighbors that lives nearby. We have been to Ptown many many times and will always try to reserve this lovely home. We have already made our reservations for this year!!
