Watch the sunrise over the water from the deck of this charming and unique Cape Cod home, which has lots of history and all the amenities. In town, 611 Commercial Street at the East-end, and on the water! 2500 sq ft of interior space and 1200 sq ft deck on the bay beach. Brick fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and large picture windows with bay view. 27'' TV, VCR, DVD, and hi-fi radio and cassette player. 2nd TV and DVD upstairs. 2 baths. Parking for two vehicles.

Rates for June and September range from $2000 to $3200 as weeks get closer to July or August. Off season rates as low as $1000, but typically are $1800 per week. Off season I have a 3 night minimum. In season (Memorial Day week in May to mid October), a 7 night minimum. Memorial Day week is priced at $3200. Other holiday weeks range from $1800 to $2800.

Quiet, understated, beatnick, old rustic provincetown,describes this wind swept, spacious home, tastefully appointed with decades of local artwork, and plenty of room to entertain friends and family, in the great room or on the 1,000 sqft deck overlooking the bay. Owner is consistent with maintainence but some of the furnishings need replacement/ upgrading.

We have been to this property 4 or 5 times and have always enjoyed ours stays - often for 2 weeks at a time. It is dog-friendly and very comfortable, with plenty of space and charm. The huge deck is a great feature, especially for the dog; and the owner has always been very helpful, kind, and has an interesting perspective on and knowledge of P-Town. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to walk to enjoy the town, the dunes, etc.
