Casa Linda Vista offers one of the best overall views in Chac Hal Al. Situated at the Puerto Aventuras marina entrance, it is surrounded by beautiful landscape and views of the ocean coastline all the way to Akumal. This one bedroom, two bathroom, first floor (not ground floor) condominium provides all the amenities to create a carefree and comfortable beachfront vacation. The beach with a private Chac Hal Al area and two swimming pools with ocean views are within a few steps of your condo.

The condominium has central air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort but scr...eens on the front door and terraces allow you to enjoy the natural ocean breezes as an alternative to air conditioning. The main terrace runs the length of the living and dining room where you can enjoy the ocean view while watching the fishing boats and yachts come and go; relax with a margarita in your front row seat as the sun sets across Fatima Bay--it's breathtaking; get a glimpse of the cruise ships (lit up at night) on the horizon as they make their way to and from Cozumel; marvel at the flocks of Pelicans and other Yucatan bird life. It' nature at it's best.

The living room has cable television with a DVD, stereo, and the owners provide you with wireless internet connection for your convenience. If you, your family and friends sign up for Skype before you leave home, you'll be able to talk to them for free-no expensive phone calls. So bring your own laptop and your head sets. The living room sofa and queen futon offer extra sleeping capacity. The kitchen is fully equipped with four burner electric stove top, large counter convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock-pot, cookware/utensils/place-settings and full sized refrigerator. Complimentary coffee, sugar and basic kitchen condiments are provided upon your arrival as well as purified bottled water throughout your stay. There is a washer/dryer in the guest bathroom.

The master bedroom features an original oil painting by renowned Mexican artist, Cesar Ventura on the wall over the king-sized bed. The master bathroom is of beautiful Mexican décor with shower. Both bedroom and bathroom have vaulted ceilings. Other master bedroom amenities include a small floor safe located in the closet, TV, easy chair, bureau, ironing board/iron and complimentary luxury toiletries in the bathrooms plus a hairdryer. Linens, bath and beach towels are furnished in the apartment. A sliding glass door takes you onto the Master bedroom terrace for a view of the ocean and Fatima Bay. A gas grill is located on this terrace for cooking the "catch of the day". The entire condo has been recently renovated with white tile floors and decorative items.

Casa Linda Vista is extremely comfortable. The location is quiet and perfect for those who want to enjoy the ocean and garden views. It's just a short walk to the commercial area with restaurants, boutiques, dolphin discovery, fishing, scuba diving, parasailing and so much more! A complimentary welcome basket will be available upon arrival. You will enjoy maid service twice during a weeks stay.

Puerto Aventuras is a gated secured condo complex, located 90 km shouth of Cancun airport. The Chac Hal Al condominium complex is a U shaped series of buildings surrounded by water and manicured tropical landscaping on all sides. Half of the condos face the marina and half face the ocean. One of the condo buildings is on the point where the boats enter and depart Puerto's public marina, and all the ocean facing condos are on the north end of beautiful Fatima Bay where Puerto Aventuras main beach is located.

  Just spent a week in Casa Linda and must say it was the perfect spot for us. As previously stated, the views are amazing and the breeze coming in off the ocean is one to remember! Chacahol was quiet and serene and most days we had the entire pool to ourselves! Really enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the marina each morning and afternoon as well. Sad to see the beach erosion near the hotel, it was very hard to walk the beach! Hope they find a way to fix this soon.

  This is by far one of the best condos I have satayed in chac hal al, it has one of the best views in the complex, you can sit in the terrace and relax watching the marina entrance, or look over to the puerto aventuras bay, and the ocean in front of you, the condo is in ecxellent condition, with all the amenities it makes you feel at home,
  service personel were very polite and helpfull, Thank you very much for your help anatolia, We look forward to visit casa linda very soon,

  Fun in the sun!

  The property is excellent. Fantastic location with super views and a great little bay right next to the condo. We spent many hours snorkeling out there...even at night when the fun creatures come out. Pa is also in a great location, near Tulum and Playa, but not nearly as crazy. Great place for a family getaway.

  This very spacious, one bedroom condo has two bathrooms, which is very nice. Also, having a washer/dryer is an important bonus for most travelers. New LCD tv too. Views are of the marina entrance as well as the ocean-great to watch the variety of boats go out and return. This building is in a quiet location, next to the smaller but pleasant pool. Rental agency provides excellent assistance.

  Pa is too white bread for my tastes

  First of all, let me say that the accommodations were excellent. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, well equipped and had an excellent view. It compared very favorably against other places I have stayed in the Riviera Maya.
  
  My disappointment was with Puerto aventuras. Since the entire complex was created as a resort from whole cloth there is no real "Mexico" there. I had intended to spend a lot of time away from pa anyway but found myself regretting spending what time I did spend in pa. Having lived in Playa del Carmen and traveling to the area since 1986, I don't find staying in a "Gringo Barrio" satisfying.
  
  My only irritation specifically with the condo was that there was a gathering of loud americans every evening at sundown that carried on so loudly that I could not enjoy music or television at normal volume. Their sessions usually last a couple of hours every evening. Very irritating!
