Quinta Maya Complex is the best well kept condominium in Puerto Aventuras and Casa Buena Vista is the best example to this testament. Only 4 stories high, this amazing 2 bedroom condo sits on its 3rd floor capturing the most incredible views of the sought after Fatima Bay location in Puerto Aventuras at center stage. Roughly translated, the name for this gorgeous condominium means "House With Amazing View". But be patient as there are many things to appreciate before you arrive to this ocean view. Your path to Casa Buena Vista leads through an arched entry that opens up onto a beautiful pool area surrounded by tropical broad leaf plants, ban...ana and coconut palms. A small footbridge carries you across the pool, where you hear soothing sounds of falling water cascading from the stepped fountain.

When you arrive at Casa Buena Vista, the first thing you'll notice about this exquisite condo is the attention to detail. A beautiful, hand-carved door graces the entryway. One step through the entrance and you are drawn to a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea that awaits you from the terrace. Inside you are met by warm colors in the Mexican tiled floor and the impressive collection of original oil paintings that are lavished on the walls. The spacious kitchen with its beautiful wide marble counters and bar stools is great for entertaining. The dining room hosts a large round dining table that comfortably seats six. The living room offers ample space to relax on either the couch, love seat or one of its chairs while you visit with family or friends, or just stare out the window at the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. The living room also offers an entertainment system with TV satellite, DVD and movie library. Also for your convenience there is Wifi Internet.

The most remarkable aspect of this condo is its terrace, and what is arguably the most spectacular view of Puerto Aventuras' Fatima Bay and the pristine white sand beach below. From here you will enjoy stargazing with the house telescope and be awe-struck by the colorful Caribbean sunrises. The terrace offers dining for six and two comfortable lounge chairs that invite you to relax in the sun while you spend the afternoon with a good book. This incredible condo is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

There are elevators to this 3rd floor and just a 5 minute walk down the beach and you are right in the center of town were all the restaurants, shops, ATM's coffee shops, marina with sports fishing boats, charters, dolphin swim, manaties, sea lions, parasailing and other local activities abound.

  Paradise in the Mayan Riviera

  Gina was fantastic to deal with from day one. She provided us with very detailed information about the area that was very helpful in making our vacation perfect.
  
  The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, had amazing views. It was perfect for a family of four to enjoy our week in paradise. Quinta Maya is in a perfect location in pa. It is extremely quiet and yet a short walk down the beach to many restaurants and shops. The condo is beach front, however you do need to take a short stroll to the left to get to the white powder sand where you can walk in without water shoes. It is not an inconvenience.
  
  I highly recommend this condo and Puerto aventuras in general to anyone getting tired of the all inclusive resort routine. My family enjoyed the peace and quiet and the freedom to do what we wanted, when we wanted. We cannot wait to go back!

  Our stay at Casa Buena Vista - Quinta Maya was everything we had hoped for!
  The condo was very comfortable, maid service was impeccable and the view was to die for! Elevator was a bonus!
  The location cannot be beat, short walk down the beach and thru the Omni lobby and you are in the main retail area for restaurants, shopping, Dolphin experience and public marina.
  The Omni has a beachside bar that serves everyone as well as a nice indoor exercise facility you can pay as you go and the Dive shop right beside it. We took the Collectivo right outside the town gate to Playa del Carmen & Xplor...so easy & cheap!!!
  Don't miss out on Xplor, our son (15) loved it, a lot of fun! You must go early - its hard to get it all in - especially if a cruise ship shows up. We had a blast on the ziplines & aquatic cars.
  Don't miss out on the authentic soft taco shells you can buy in Playa aventuras...he makes them right in front of you...very good.
  Gina was excellent - very helpful and courteous.

  Excellent Family Spring Break destination

  This was our first trip to pa and we were not dissapointed. The condo unit had beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms and an awesome view of the Caribbean. Quinta Maya complex was close enough to walk to the pa attractions yet quiet enough to play on the beach without stepping over people. The marina area of pa was only a short walk down the beach from our condo and provided plenty of activities and restaurants to keep our 13 and 9 year olds happy for a week. Snorkling from the Fat Cat and swimming with the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery were some of our highlights and all without having to leave pa.
  
  The location of pa on the Yucatan was ideal for short drives to Tulum, the cenote attractions, and Xcaret. With a supermarket just outside the resort area to stock up on food and beverage and a rental car for our day trips, pa offered all we wanted and is highly recommended as a safe and enjoyable family vacation spot on the Yucatan.
  
  One of us came down with 'tourista', but I guess you can't have everything go perfect. I told her to drink more cerveza!

  The Best Kept Vacation Secret

  We have now had the opportunity to vacation 3 times at this amazing ocean front condo. Why do we keep coming back? First off, THE VIEW is outrageous! We joke that you can't design a better view than this. Our favorite thing to do is enjoy the sparkling Caribean from the Condo's 3rd floor balcony while sharing a bottle of wine with good friends. Seconds, the resort is absolutely meticulous. The beach and grounds are so well maintained and spotless. The unit we stay in is clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of every detail to make our visit care free. The condo's kitchen is well stocked and the layout is very relaxing. Finally, a last amazing point about this condo is it's central location. It is beach front (morning coffee on the beach!), but just steps from the Marina, shopping, dining and nightlife! If you want even more adventure, you could take a quick drive North to Playa Del Carman (our favorite) or Cancun, or South to explore some amazing vacation spots. There is always someting new and exciting to do. We truly plan to visit again and again, as this is a treasure and my favorite vacation getaway.

  The ocean, the beach and the blue sky combine for one of the most beautiful views ever. All of which can be enjoyed right from the balcony.The condo itself was charming and had all the modern emenities you could ask for.
  
  Puerto Adventuras has many great restaurants and bars. Especially enjoyed the mango margarita's !
  
  You can also fish right outside the condo ! Fantastic !

  What an incredible vacation! Upon arrival, we see a property that is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. A walk out to the large balcony has a view that is spectacular. There could be no better place to stay when traveling to this part of the world.
  
  Next is its convenient location: it is a short walk on the beach to the town of Puerto Aventuras which is loaded with restaurants, shopping and wildlife attractions. It is also an easy car or cab ride to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the eco-parks.

  This condo was awesome, spacious and conveniently located to all the Mayan ruins,
  Tulum, Cobalt and Playa Del Carmen. The view was amazing and so close to the beach.
