We took 4 excellent trips to this condo in 2012! It is spacious, clean, quiet and super comfortable. Everything was brand new. The condo is right on the marina and less than a 5 minute stroll to the village center. On our last trip we found that the marina in the backyard had been converted to hold dolphins and manatees. We could sit on the veranda or float in the pool and watch the dolphins play! The village is spectacular. The entire village is gated and we always felt secure. Dolphins, sea lions, manatees, and rays surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shops. We had a ball every night! Nice beach in town. Our favorite day trips - swimming with the Whale Sharks, Spectacular beaches and beach clubs in Tulum (20 min), deserted beach and turtle sanctuary in Xcacel, beach club at Xpu Ha (5 min)! Cannot wait to visit again...
