Condo 302, is located on the third floor of one of the prettiest and well designed buildings in Puerto Aventuras. Punta Roca Condominiums, aptly named for its private location, is truly a wonderful vacation spot.

As you enter this luxury condo, the spacious living area is filled with magnificent ocean and blue sky views. The owners have decorated their home with some beautiful pieces of art and furnishings. The open floor plan includes a dining area with seating for six, large comfortable couches, 42 inch flat panel TV/DVD p...layer and DISH satellite service. Anchoring the living area is a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar and 4 high backed chairs. This condo is all about views, views, views!

Double sliding pocket doors open to the covered outdoor terrace which runs the full width of the condominium. On the terrace there is another comfortable dining set for six people, a gas grill and a padded chaise lounge. You and your guests will be spending plenty of time outside.

The master bedroom suite has a pillow top king sized bed and a full private bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a small patio on the west side. The guest room has two full sized pillow top beds and a private bath with a soaking tub/shower. There is also a flat panel TV/DVD player and Dish satellite service.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove/oven and every small appliance one could need for making great in house meals. Off the kitchen are an enclosed laundry area and a half bath.

On the ocean front grounds are two pools. One is a freshwater infinity style; the other is a natural salt water style right next to the ocean. There are plenty of chaise loungers, shade palapas, palm trees and privacy areas.

The town center, marina San Carlos is within walking distance. There are numerous shops, restaurants, dive outfits, Dolphin Discovery and Fatima Bay Beach. Golf and tennis are close by.

There is no need for a rental car if you plan to remain in Puerto for your stay. For trips outside of the town, taxis are easily found near the Omni Hotel. There is a Chedraui grocery store 1KM up the highway from the entrance to Puerto Aventuras.

The town of Puerto Aventuras is a gated community located just 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen where you will find a lively nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants and larger stores such as WalMart, Sam's Club, Mega and Soriana, the newest grocery store. Also nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, Zipline tours, golf and ATV jungle tours, to name just a few.Read more

  Our stay at Punta Roca 302 was by far over expectations. The place is sublime, the apartment is finely decorated with taste, cozy and totally open to experience the ocean as part of it. Couldn't ask for anything else, it has everything to make the stay a touch of paradise.
  The pools, natural and infinity pool/jacuzzi are impecable, the night spa/hot tub is superb under the stars.
  Definitely a spot that engages you to go back.

  This condo is beautifully decorated and has the most breathtaking view of the Caribbean! The grounds are kept impeccably and the pool and ocean areas are very private. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults (or 2 adults and 3-4 kids) and is graciously appointed. It's great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and it's easy to get into downtown Puerto aventuras by car or walking. This is a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot. I look forward to my next visit to the Mayan Riviera!

  Artfully decorated in a luxurious style to accommodate anyone and provide them with the comfort and style they would expect in their own surroundings. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the amazing viewpoint of the lanai, wonderful to entertain a group or share a romantic dinner on and listen to the sound of the ocean.The kitchen is outfitted with top of line appliances including natural gas on the 4 burner stove as well as all the amenities one would need to entertain. The pool and grounds are meticulously maintained daily and allow the vacationer the ultimate experience not found in a hotel setting. A short walk into town allows one to reconnect with the locals through a variety of restaurants and vendors to shop in. Feeling adventurous? take a swim with the dolphins in the marina or head out for day of diving or snorkeling. Punta Roca is an experience in itself including the luxury of a small town within walking distance, a major grocery store, and a community safe and progressive enough to enjoy being in another country.

  Looking out at the beautiful ocean from this well-appointed, breezy balcony was heavenly. Great restaurants close by, interesting ruins, but mainly just relaxing and feeling lucky to be in such a lovely place.
