Food and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included in the rate (excluding top shelf alcohol) and certain specialty foods, ie lobster, caviar, fois gras etc).

We just got back from our wedding down in Puerto aventuras, Mexico. We stayed at both the Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon properties with 39 guests (2 children and 37 adults). The properties are nothing short of amazing! The view of the ocean from the back porch, the beautiful rooms, the location on the beach, the sea kayaks, and the relaxed and laid back nature of the entire place. We absolutely loved it! We were in perfect hands with the hacienda staff taking care of us. They cleaned the rooms and houses daily, always providing fresh towels for our many dips in the pool. Any request we had, Laura, the concierge gladly handled. We even had mani/pedis scheduled by the pool for ultimate relaxation for the girls. If you're looking for a wonderful property to host a large event or an intimate gathering, these haciendas are it! The staff is incredible, the location is amazing and even better ... the entire place is yours to enjoy with your friends and family during your stay. It was truly a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back once again! To the entire staff at the haciendas including Marina and Laura, thank you for making our wedding week incredible. This is something we will never forget and cannot wait to come back and do it all again some day!

First time staying in a vacation rental rather than a resort and it was incredible. The house is even better than it looks in the pics...amazing rooms, beautiful pool, right on the beach with kayaks, a ping pong table and pool table. Beautiful and very relaxing. The community is gated and secure so you feel very safe. Also recommend hiring private chefs Joey and Ryan. They cooked us breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and the food was flawless. They did a great job with all our requests and totally spoiled us. Recommend heartily!

I planned my wife's surprise birthday at Hacienda del Mar. We had 6 couples that joined us for this wonderful experience. I had 12 other couples that are kicking themselves for not going. The Hacienda exceeded everyone's expectations for the week. Everyone had a hard time leaving the Villa during the week. Why go anywhere, it has it all. The bedrooms are amazing, very comfortable. Laura was awesome, she was there to help with any needs we had. One night there was a power outage in the area and Laura was there with candles immediately to help. Francesca and Pamela, the chefs we hired for the week, were able to get our dinner cooked without any delay. The meals were always made with fresh ingredients, with nice portions. We didn't have to do any snacking. The kayaks were used several times each day. We are now convinced this is the only way to travel. No other guests, just your group to have fun with. Way above 5 star experience. Extremely relaxing no worries. Thank you to the staff, especially Laura for the great birthday week for my amazing wife.

Just returned yesterday from this wonderful place! We had 17 people here and everyone had a fabulous time! The staff was wonderful! Laura the concierge was excellent, and the cleaning staff was fabulous! (we had 6 small children who are messy little eaters!!) Love the layout of the house! Living area is right off of the pool area. Bedrooms were nice in size. Bed's were a little hard, but I find that to be the case in all the places I've been in Mexico! Puerto aventuras is a great family town for those with young kids. Its a gated community and it's not a party spot like Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. You can snorkel right in front of the house. We saw some cool fish and a sea turtle. Kids loved the beach, kayaking and swimming in the pool. Also went in town to swim with the dolphins! We will be back next year!

We had an amazing time at Hacienda del Mar. There were about 10 of us, including 3 children under 4yrs old gathered from Canada, the us and Mexico and it was the best vacation week ever! We also used the chef service (amazing food and plenty of leftovers... highly recommend it). The internet didn't work most of the week but I think it was a one-off problem. Forced relaxation! Can't wait to go back.
