Welcome to our beautiful home in the gated community Puerto Aventuras. Perfectly located on the 5th fairway of the Golf course, very quiet, private and comfortable and only 2 blocks from the beach.

You have your own pool, big garden and veranda, pool table, bicycles and walking distance to everything in Puerto Aventuras.

Our home has every comfort and service you need, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with linens, towels and beach towels), Satellite TV, DVD player, Wi Fi, washer and dryer, Ceiling fans and Air conditioning in every room and even a maid service 3 times a week. In our fully equipped kitchen you can cook all you want or get... a professional chef to do it for you. There is a Supermarket just across the freeway where you will find everything you need to stock the fridge and bar.

Puerto Aventuras is strategically located in the Riviera Maya only 15 minutes by car or taxi to Playa del Carmen and Xcaret, 30 minutes from Tulum and Xel-Ha, 1 hour from Cancun and the airport, and just across the road to the most beautiful cenotes (natural sink holes and caves).

But if you don´t want to go anywhere Puerto Aventuras has a lot to offer: First of all, of course, is the beach and the Omni Beach Club, a beautiful Marina with diving, fishing, sailing tours and kayak rentals, a Plaza with shops and restaurants overlooking the Marina and Dolphin Discovery where you can swim with dolphins. We built this house as our dream home, and have enjoyed it full time for the last 10 years, (dreams do come true). Now the kids are gone and we want more people to enjoy it.
Once you are here it´s so peacefull you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy a margarita and watch the birds in the garden.

  We spent two weeks in this lovely home over the summer. Our party included two adults and three teens. First, the layout of the home is excellent! Each bedroom has it's own large private bathroom and each bedroom is separated from the other which ensures additional privacy. The teens (2 girls and 1 boy) all had their own space, as well as the adults. The master bath has a beautiful 2nd level private outdoor shower surrounded by tropical plants and birds. The house is very well designed and is on a double lot which creates a lot of space as well as a beautiful tropical garden. The private pool was designed with local natural rock and resembles a cenote. At all times of the day you can see and hear birds and and occasionally see a monkey or two! The living area is very comfortable and includes a pool table! The kitchen is large and open and the service room off the kitchen includes in-house laundry facilities. The housekeeper and other staff keep the property in excellent condition! The covered, poolside patio area also has sitting and dining space. The property backs up to the golf course which is separated by the lush private garden.
  
  The owners take a lot of pride in their property and in the local area and can direct you to the best of Puerto aventuras as well as the best-kept secrets of the Mayan Riviera. Puerto aventuras is an excellent home base for exploring the region. The community is very safe and completely self sufficient, centered around a marina (with dolphins!), shops, restaurants, golf, tennis, sailing, a beach and other amazing turquoise inlets for swimming and snorkeling. A large grocery store is just outside the gates and a bi-weekly fruit and vegetable market sets up shop in the town center. A bicycle or golf cart will take you everywhere you need to go within Puerto aventuras. If you prefer not to rent a car, public transportation is available just outside the gates for trips to Playa del Carmen or Tulum. You will love your vacation here!!
