Description

La Casa del Puerto is a large vacational home located in the beautiful area of Puerto Calero Marina. The most exclusive residential area of Lanzarote. This home is very spacious and offers a large terrace with barbecue and pool with stunning views of the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. We have a reliable wifi connection reaching approx. 30 Mbps, ideal for working remotely from home.

It is a 3 bedroom, the master bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, one bedroom with 2 single beds and one bedroom with a smaller single bed. Two bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and amenities (gel/shampoo and body lotion dispensers). A lounge with sea views, comfortable sofas and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The terrace is fully furnished.

Puerto Calero is one of the best areas to stay on the island, good local environment paired with locals and visitors from the rest of Europe, offers tranquillity and a very good variety of cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere between yachts.

WELCOME:

We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. Check in from 15.00h / Check out until 11.00h

FIXED CLEANING FEE:

The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturiser dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge shown on the reservation but if you wish for extra cleaning services during the stay please just ask us for more information/prices.

CAR RENTAL:

I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to arrange the rent a car booking, all I would need is your flight details.

“Magnificent location a true home from home”

Everything possibly needed was provided. A well thought out villa to suit any discerning guest. I'm not easily pleased , but Villa Del Puerto ticked all the boxes. Will definitely stay again.
