Nice and confortable apartment equipped with everything needed for a nice and perfect stay in a beautiful and quiet residential complex, ideal for relaxing.
The flat dispose of 2 bedrooms, open kitchen, living room, complete bathroom and a large terrace with direct exit to the solarium area and swimming pool.
The complex build end of 2003 is located in the best residential area of Puerto de la Cruz, a very special place in surroundings and lovely views to the sea and the town; 29 apartments are in total distributed between ground floor and a first floor; as well as, gardens area, solarium
and the pool.
The nearest beach is Playa Jardin, around 300/350 mts. far awqy, designed by a canary architect named Cesar Manrique; a fantastic place
with promenades at different levels full of tropical plants and flowers.
Punta Brava, the old fisherman district more or lessat 100 mts. fa, where to find small shops, bars, restaurants, chemistry, etcc...
Loro Parque is near as well: a fantastic complex of tropicals gardens with quite a few animals shows, that sincerely recommend visiting.
Puerto de la Cruz is located in Tenerife north coast, the most important touristic center of our island and of Spain caused over all by its specially nice and mild temperature all the year around.
Old colonial clity, the streets of Puerto de la Cruz keeps a pleasant activity that invite to relax, walk and look at the traditional canary houses.
