Right next to 18 hole golf course (you can enjoy watching golf play from your own terraces). The complex has 5 pools (including children pool) and paddle tennis as well as gardens. The penthouse is located frontline to La Duquesa Golf Course and enjoys panoramic views to the golf course and the sea.
The development is designed in traditional Andalusian style with a certain rustic flair and original terraces to enjoy the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, whilst the interiors are very comfortable and luminous. Spectacular communal areas with exuberant gardens, 5 swimming pools (for 310 people) and a paddle tennis court. It is situated in a closed and gated community and benefits from concierge service and video surveillance.
Situated just 1 km (15 minutes walk) to the beach, the Marina and Sabinillas, where you may find supermarkets, restaurants, bars....
Perched between two EU certified blue flag beaches, it is calm and relaxing location, yet a close distance to all the Costa del Sol's major hotspots. It offers great restaurants, boutiques and beach bars in the marina and in the vicinity. The wide sandy beaches and pristine blue waters are very compelling, and the neighboring town of Sabinillas, connected by a promenade, has all the services and amenities you require.
We were told that everybody who comes here continues to return again and again... and we do. We are sure you will understand why once you come to your luxury penthouse.

The apartment was very nice with a fantastic view on the golf course. We used to watch how others play golf and went once to play as well. There is also huge collection of Dvds and satellite TV. As a minus I would say that a walk to the beach can take 15-20 minues, but it is not a problem if you have a car (underground parking is included in the price), there are also 5 pools in the complex, therefore at the end we went to a beach only once :)

All in all 5 star service, starting from corresponce with owners and booking the apartment to getting the keys from the agency to enjoying our holidays.
We really enjoyed all the movies you had to offer as well as your fully equipped kitchen. The weather was fantastic and as you had described the beaches were not crowded as in Marbella.
We will visit again as next time we expect to play some Gold as well,,, the view from the terrace to the green is fantastic with a lovely long view. I will for sure recommend your apartment to my frieds as well.
