The villas occupy a privileged position in the island from which it is very easy to go everywhere.

The marvelous white sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are situated just 1 km away from the holiday villa, where you will be able to practice different water sports. There are also all sorts of shops as well as a shopping centre nearby. At the same time, the new “Lanzarote Golf Resort” with its 18 hole...s, is situated about 2 kms away and the luxurious “Puerto Calero” marina, one of the best in the whole of Spain, is just 5 kms away.

Princesa Yaiza A1 is a luxurious villa, a contemporary style top of the range holiday accommodation where everything to the last detail is taken care of, so that its guests can feel at home… or even better than at home!

The holiday accommodation Princesa Yaiza A1 offers in the inside, two large living rooms, 80 and 70 square metres, respectively. They are both fully equipped and decorated to the last detail, with a plasma screen TV, DVD, Wii, Ping-Pong and ADSL Wi-Fi Internet system.

This first class vacation villa also offers a very spacious fully equipped kitchen with top of the range electrical appliances and kitchenware. Therefore, it is the perfect holiday accommodation for those who enjoy cooking while on holidays but also for those thinking about hiring a chef while on vacation, which it is posible as one of the services offered.

The holiday villa Princesa Yaiza C1 can accommodate up to 6 people as there are tree superb double bedrooms. Two of them have an ensuite bathroom and there is an aditional bathroom in the house.

During your stay, and included in the price, there is cleaning service and clean linen once a week (although you can contract more if you want to), air conditioning by inverter system, safety box, prĂ­vate parking, baby cots, etc. Besides, you can also contract if you wish, a private chef, airport transfers, car hire with or without a driver, bicycle hire, a nanny service, a massage, etc.
