Casa Balmagha is a charming detached traditional style villa is in the lower part of Los Mojones on the edge of the Old Town and within easy reach of all amenities. The villa is a corner property with off road parking. It has its own pool, solar heated in the Summer and electrically backed up from November to April. The villa has terracing around two sides – perfect for chasing the sun and ideal for an evening barbecue. There is a covered area overlooking the pool and garden for relaxing and al-fresco dining. We stayed at this lovely villa and it was just what the doctor ordered. Lanzarote Villas did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. I only contacted Sue on the day prior to flying to Lanzarote and she arranged for the Villa to be cleaned and ready for us. The Villa is only a short taxi ride from the airport (15 Euro)and we arrived to find a clean a welcoming holiday home. The tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water waiting for us was a lovely touch as was the fully stocked bookshelf, games and Dvds. The local supermarket is only a short walk down the hill (5mins) and even for the unfit such as myself the walk back with shopping was fine. The Villa itself had two great showers, a small bath and two toilets. The beds (double and two singles) were comfortable with crisp clean bedding. The kitchen was fully equipped but I did miss my dishwasher :-( The lounge has a flat screen TV but we did struggle to find stations to watch. However, that is not why you are in such a sunny country and our own Dvds saw us through.Outside the pool was private,warm and clean plus no end of space in the garden to follow the sun throughout the day. All in all we had a great stay and I would highly recommend Lanzarote Villas to anyone wanting a stress free holiday...we will be back.

We have stayed at Balmagha countless times over the years, and always cannot wait to go back again- we have in fact booked for next year. Peaceful setting within easy reach of lovely harbour restaurants - no kiss me quick hats, just tranquility. The pool is warm and inviting, the villa comfy, clean, and well maintained. A secluded spot that I would recommend to anyone.

We love this villa! The setting is quiet, yet is only a 10 minute walk from all the action - at least the old harbour restaurant type action that we enjoy.
The villa is clean and comfortable, and the outside area of pool and patio is ideal. It is secluded, leafy and pleasant, with a large pool.
We always feel very much at home in this villa, and we have never been disappointed in the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and the helpfulness of Elaine, the local manager.
