The service received from Sue at Lanzarote Leisure Villas and all the relative staff at the resort was first class.My wife and I together with my brother and his wife have stayed in the El Sueno several times now and we all thoroughly enjoy the experience.The villa is exceptional, being in a wonderful position overlooking the harbour and the atlantic Ocean across toward Fuertaventura.There are several very good restaurants within a short walking distance and it is not too far to walk to the Old Town part of Puerto del Carmen, and shops for the ladies (just a little hilly though).The villa itself is very well appointed with all the mod.cons.The swimming pool is a little small but always nicely heated in the winter months.

El Sueno is a really wonderful sea front villa located in a quite residential area of Puerto del Carmen.
I've been four times over the last two years, in January, April and august and every holiday was unforgettable.
El Sueno is very well furnished in modern and design style.
You can find everything you need: plasma tv with Sky, Stereo HiFi, WiFi internet access, well equipped kitchen with induction hob, hot and cold air conditioning...
The pool is nice, heated during cold period, not so big, but large enough for six people. Cleaning is provided every two days.
There is a supermarket within few minutes walk with most things you could need for your stay.
The main beach is about 15 min. walk.
The villa manager is very kind and available for everything you need.
I recommend this villa to everyone looking for a 'quality and charming' stay in Lanzarote.

A great holiday.We booked through the very efficient Lanzarote Leisure Villas and they gave us excellent service over the course of the two weeks. El Sueno was indeed 'the dream'. A beautiful villa with fabulous views over the sea and the harbour. Taylor's Tavern, our local, was only 3 minutes away, as was the supermarket and Mario's restaurant, and it was only a short walk to the lovely Old Town. We'll be going again.

El Sueno translates to The Dream and this villa is exactly that. It is in a front line position in the Old Town area of Puerto Del Carmen and has views to die for. The villa is stylish and contemporary with luxury fittings. This is our 2nd visit & since the first time in 2010 it has had new bathrooms, kitchen and air con fitted. Note: air-con is in the bedrooms only and although metered the management company do put some credit on for you but if you used it extensively you may need to top up yourself. We stayed for two weeks and hardly needed to use it due to the lovely breeze the villa enjoys from its clifftop position. There are 3 large bedrooms 2 with en-suite's & a master bathroom with the largest shower I have ever seen. The lounge is very comfortable & has a large LCD TV, DVD Player and Sky TV (free channels). The Wireless internet also worked perfectly well. The outdoor space is fantastic, the villa has a lovely outdoor naya with a quality rattan and wood dining set. The pool was warm and there is split level terracing, sun loungers and a large parasol, not forgetting those magnificent views. The villa is very secure and has an alarm fitted. It also has a safe for your valuables, which although not big enough to hold a laptop it will hold an iPad. There is a small commercial complex within 2-3 mins walk , which has a few bar's ,a couple of shops, a Pizzeria and a Spar shop Upon leaving the villa you can take the costal walk to Puerto Calero (about 45 mins stroll) where you can enjoy the marina's ambiance and if you don't fancy the walk back there is a water taxi that will take you back to Puerto Del Carmen Harbour. Walking the other way there is also a new path and decked walkway that takes you down to Puerto Del Carmen harbour where there are a number of bar's and restaurants for you to enjoy. We had a fantastic time and will certainly be back. Sue and her team provided a great service from start to finish and we look forward to our next visit.

Stop searching for the best villa in Lanzarote - Villa El Sueno is the one!
Our party of four adults just got back from our third visit there. The location and especially the breathtaking 180 degrees views will blow your mind. This Villa is fully equipped and if something is missing the managament team will fix it right away. Everything is within a walking distance and it is so easy and cheap to rent a rent. Go and have lunch in the nearby villages: Yaiza, Puerto Calero or somewhere else - and than return to your private paradise. You can totally relax by the pool - no noisy music, no loud groups, no fighting over sunloungers - only you and yourself. Enjoy the exquisite interior design and top of the art technical equipment. all you need is your I pad, favourite books and dvds - the villa has basically everything else. no pictures will do justice to the beauty of the villa and its surroundigs - you have to be there to understand the unique location and high standard. we have already booked for the year 2013 and cannot wait to get back there . The villa has large areas that are private but we wouldn't say that it offers as much as a 100% privacy. -

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. We were there with 3 couples and a little boy of 2.
The house is great. Very calm, yet close enough to walk to shops and centre. Also the pittoresk puerto Calero is at about 2 km.
We had a great service: car rental & extra airport transfer arranged by the management.
On request, the local management arranged some bottles of Cava & wine on our arrival, so we could start relaxing from the first step into the villa!
The golf course is at 4 minutes drive from the house, with excellent fairways & greens. We got a 20% discount on greenfees.
We'll be back in El Sueno for sure!
