del Carmen this villa is perfect for outdoor living. It boasts loads of outdoor
space including off road parking, a shaded terrace running the length of the
villa, a large heated private pool approximately 8 metres x 4 metres with corner steps, sunbathing terracing, barbecue, pool table,
table tennis and mature planted garden areas. For relaxing there are sunbeds,

I booked Villa Mimosa from the 19th to the 26th March 2013. There were six of us staying. The villa was absolutely stunning. It was really spacious and the outdoor space and pool were fantasticand very private. The pool is large and cleaned twice a week. There is a lovely BBQ with a seating area under the veranda. Inside was as nice as the outside, the bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and the master suite was gorgeous with a fabulous shower ensuite. The location of the villa was great, it was a 15 minute walk or a cheap taxi ride to the bars and restaurants of the new town, this meant that the villa itself was really peaceful. Our flight did not leave until the evening of the 26th and when I contacted Lanzarote Leisure Villas they were really understanding and let us stay in the villa until the evening instead of leaving at 10am. I would highly this villa and I would definitely stay there again.

We have traveled with Lanzarote Leisure now for many years and visited many of their properties.Booking with Lanazrote leisure is so easy and very professional, they know all their properties and are willing to answer any queries you may have. We particularly enjoy Villa Mimosa for its outdoor space and larger than average swimming pool plus pool table and table tennis table. The interior is also very spacious ad comfortable.The villa is set in a quiet residential part of the island known as Los Mojones, which is set high up from the Old town of Puerto del Carmen,about 20 minutes from the airport and approximately 15 mins from the beach.We enjoy strolling to local bars/restaurants and shops.I can strongly recommend Villa Mimosa and Lanzarote Leisure and would like to thank them for many enjoyable holidays.

Villa Mimosa is an extremely nice villa, well equipped and very conveniently located. Outside area has plenty of space for everyone and a lovely pool, would highly recommend.

We were 3 friends satying for a week. I would highly recommend Villa Mimosa. It's about a 10 min walk to the old town and maybe another 10 to the strip. The villa is large and comfortable and the pool is amazing. We had a great time, wish I was there now!
