Description

The flat is in the capital of the island, in the center of the island and 5 km from the airport and 800 meters from the bus station, walking can go to several beaches, with all utilities, Hospital, commercial port and marina , shopping centers, banks, restaurants and bars.

It is a quiet and very sunny apartment with WIFI internet, has a bedroom with king bed and a spacious living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Coffee maker, ceiling fan. microwave, ceramic pans there. The building has only two floors and the roof can be used.

You can walk to all sites and if you have a car you can go in all directions easily.

The only hospital on the island is 1 km.

The bus station is 800 m, with regular lines to Airport, Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Cotillo, Costa Calma and Morrojable.

The flat is very close to the main shopping areas, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

Response from the owner Hola Cristina, gracias por tu comentario, toda opinión buena o mala sirve para intentar hacerlo lo mejor posible a un precio razonable, como es el caso de este apartamento, no soy un profesional, solo alquilo mi casa a un precio razonable, la hipoteca hay que pagarla. 1) Una pequeña raja de dos centimetros no es un estor roto. 2) Todas las sabanas se lavan en la lavadora del apartamento, se tienden y se hacen las camas, como si fuera tu casa, no pensaras que voy a planchar las sabana ¿¿ ?? tu en tu casa las planchas? supongo que no, pues en mi casa tampoco, las camas están hechas y limpias de forma normal. 3) Normalmente nadie ve la tele, la he puesto para cosas puntuales, es una pantalla plana, si pongo una pantalla grande se la llevan, la gente es así. 4) nadie se ha quejado de la cama, se ha puesto nueva hace 6 meses, colchón y base tapizada. De gama media, siento que no sea compatible contigo. 5) Toda la loza del fregadero se deja limpia, si alguien deja algo sucio escondido, pues te pido disculpas, es complicado revisar cada taza si están en su sitio. Hay caldero de más por que hay nuevos y viejos, no los tiro por que hay gente que los usa, si ves algo que no te gusta no lo uses, habrá otro más nuevo que este limpio. Es un apartamento nuevo, economico, con check-in 24 horas y con facilidades extras para el check-out, con una cafetera de capsulas que vale más que la tele, no se puede tener todo, la gente prefiere tomar un buen cafe antes de salir que una peli cuando llega de la calle.
