This well taught house is made to accommodate many needs. It can be divided in to three separate apartments or use all together as one large house. Every room has its private bathroom and there is a kitchen in every single floor so you may have complete privacy. They all share a large deck with a beautiful ocean view pool. This house is well situated in the best beach for surfing. This is the perfect get away.

Main floor has 2 rooms, Midle floor has 2 rooms and PH has one room. Each floor is a separate independent Appartment. Own kitchen, living room and terrace.

Amazing Setup

Have stayed at this house on 2 occasions. Hard to fault anywhere. Beautifully designed house with great views of La Punta and Puerto Escondido. Few minutes to the beach/surf at La Punta and a 30 min walk along the beach to Zicatela.
La Punta is great place to stay in Puerto, there are a few restaurants/bars and is very relaxed. Zicatela and Puerto Escondido is a short 30 peso taxi ride away.
The house is as advertised and the owners are a fantastic Mexican family who a great to deal with, bi lingual and super friendly. Can be rented as a whole or and individual floors. I have done both.

My husband and I stayed on the first floor at DeSpacito with our two adult daughters and a boy friend. Our accommodations were only surpassed by the sunsets from the pool deck. The house is located just off the beach at the quiet south end of Playa Zicatela. It was a 30 minute walk along the beach or an easy to get 30 peso cab ride to the main tourist strip. For us, this was the best of both worlds. There were surfing schools and plenty of places to eat right near the house. Our daughters had such a good time they want to return with their friends.

My Name is Debbie. My husband John and I stayed at DeSpaCito in March for my birthday and we would like to let everyone who is considering a vacation in Puerto Escondito to stay at DeSpaCito.Rene and his wife Rebeca made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one.Rene speaks both Spanish and English so communication is no problem.Because we bought ourselves a Vivo Resorts condo last fall we wanted to rent this time instead of all-inclusive to get a feel for living on our own. Our condo will not be ready for a couple of years. We stayed in the second floor apartment and the only thing that I missed was a washer and dryer but if you rent the first floor there is a washer and dryer. Although there is a laundry mat only a couple of blocks away and is reasonably priced.The place is very clean and well kept at all times. There is a secuity gate and each floor locks. There is a nice pool to cool off in when your not at the beach which is also well kept and maintained on a daily basis.The apartment is only about a two minute walk to beach which is at the end of Zicatela Beach. There are some nice little restaurants(homemade cheese and bread),wonderful massage therapist(Skye),surfboard rental/lessons and yoga/pilates all within a two block radius. If you walk down the beach it only takes about 45 minutes to town if you want to do some shopping.Taxi service is always available and cheap for those who don't care to walk. So whether soaking up the sun with a good book is your thing,shopping ,surfing,yoga or just visiting with the locals I am sure you will have a wonderful vacation. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at DeSpaCito. My husband and I loved our stay at DeSpaCito and wish we could have stayed for many more weeks. I want to thank Rene and Rebeca again for all the hospitality and friendship they showed us while we were there.They are both wonderful caring people. Bless you both.

Located just 3 short blocks from the quiet Punta end of Zicatela Beach, the ground floor apartment of DeSpacito is probably the nicest in the area, with a decent size dipping pool right outside the living room. The apartment is two blocks away from a community center where pilates classes are given three times a week and a 30 minute walk from a beautiful yoga studio. There is also an excellent language school few blocks away where it is possible to take private or group lessons five days a week. My husband and I enjoyed 9 weeks here, especially with the hospitality of the onsite landlords, Rene and Rebecca who were so helpful. We highly recommend that place to people who are in search of authenticity, tranquility and beauty.

Great vacations, Rene and Rebe make us feel like been at home. My chidren and I enjoy it a lot. There is a was a very peace full and relaxing atmosphere. The house is just two blocks away from Zicatela beach and 20 min (beach walk)from down town.
Don´t miss the chance of taken pictures from the amaizing Puerto Escondido sunsets from the DeSpacito games room.
