Casa de La Lily is a beautiful and immaculate 3 floor villa with a full kitchen and living room on each floor it can be rented by the floor or for large groups you can rent the entire villa located a 2 min walk from the beach on the best street at beach in Zicatela .

This listing is for the penthouse unit although all floors maybe rented or the entire villa .

Casa Lily has full sweeping views to the the next headland La Punta watch the dolphins and whales swim by, swing in your hammock relax i...n the pools surrounded by beautiful gated tropical gardens with limes to pick for margaritas and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the ocean each night.

This very popular rental is on the best street at the beach with a 2 minute walk to the sand and a 5 min walk restaurants and shopping your very central to everything, on the next corner is wonderful coffee shop that serves local grown coffee and makes a great breakfast/lunch for after the beach, also there a small corner store with all the basics as well.

From the apartment you can see the famous Mexpipe surf break and there is also a break called Far Bar at the beach directly below the house.

The Penthouse itself takes the entire upper 3rd floor of Casa Lily for absolute privacy and is a 1 bed 1+1/2 bath , with beautiful living area, wrap around built in sofas in the living room wonderful to stretch out on to read or nap thats open and breezy with full windows that have sweeping views to la punta a hanging chair, silk hammock and kitchen that has everything you would need for your stay with us.

On the garden level there is a full size deep adult pool with a small sitting pool as well and Palapa with recliners for shade or sun it is surrounded by high walls with flowers growing all over, palms,cocos, beautiful local rare plants, Iron gates and the old original well covered in flowers ,boganvilla in purple and pink cover the front entry with shady trees for parking on the street.

Gorgeous with beautiful mosaics around the doorways handpainted sinks and tile, artwork and fabulous tropical gardens with flowers ,archways and fruit growing in the gardens.

Internet Included when available as of 2011 Puerto Escondido town wide is undergoing major road and wiring to bring it up to speed this has resulted in the internet being sometimes slow or not available, Telmex is doing their very best to keep up and hope fully these growing pains will soon be over.

Room safe is included. You must bring along a medium to large size pad lock.

Casa Lily is located in Zicatela beach 2 min walk to the sand 5 min walk to downtown Zicatela restaurants ,.The street Calle Jacarandas is considered the best at the beach you can walk absolutely everywhere in Zicatela from this home with safe shady parking in front of the villa this home is located on a street with many other high end villas. On this street you find a great coffee shop "Cafe Deluxe" where locals,surfers and visitors have a delicious breakfast and a good cup of strong coffee. Yoga, Pilates, dancing and massage center all in the same street. Also easy taxi access.

  We stayed at Casa Lily for 2 weeks in February. The Casa penthouse has spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. The staff was very helpful, beautiful gardens are well maintained. The condo was very clean - we were within walking distance of Zicatela main drive, great restaurants and swimming beaches and when we didn't walk it was only a 25 peso cab ride to anywhere. We are looking forward to returning again and again.

  We just got home from this lovely spot. The layout was perfect for 2 couples, a nice full sized kitchen, bedrooms in the back, a nice deck and lovely pool. (a small one for toddlers as well). All was perfectly maintained and the staff was available to help if required.
  
  You can hear the roar of the surf and the beach is a block away. Two restaurants are very close and lots more 5 minutes walk away.
  
  It is a little way out of town, we walked but maybe not for someone with limited mobility, and cabs are only 25 pesos to go anywhere.

  We have stayed at Casa Lily twice now. This spot is absolutely perfect. The house is so beautiful and the staff always goes above and beyond. We traveled with two other families and rented all three floors for 11 days. There was an issue with the wifi the first day and they took care of it immediately. It was first class all the way. This is a great spot for singles and families with children of all ages.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 12 days, and it was the most relaxing experience we could have had in Puerto Escondido. Spending everyday at the beach, then in the pool, and relaxing in the penthouse with an amazing view. Casa Lily was beautiful and more than we expected it to be. We were comfortable and felt like we were at home. The location is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the strip. The housekeeper Marcella and the gardener were wonderful aswell.

  Awesome place in a wonderful town

  My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in the top floor apartment. We had a friend with us for 2 nights and they were able to put an extra mattress in for him - with an extra half bath, it worked out great. Apartment is perfect to hang out in and the view of the Pacific is incredible - but bring earplugs, the roosters are chatty. You can also hear the ocean, so I take it as part of the package. It is just a door down from the road to Zicatela beach, which is lined with flowers and is a beautiful walk at any time of day. Puerto Escondido was just what we wanted - it was a short walk along the ocean into the main beach area with the restaurants and a slightly longer but beautiful walk to the Playa Principal where the water is calmer and the boats come in (including ones that will take you to nearby Manzanillo and Carrazillo beaches - we did both, the latter via 25 peso taxi, and they were both just perfect). We swam with the local fisherman there while we snacked on ceviche, also fun. Found a lagoon tour through Maxine, which was amazing and we are by no means birdwatchers. And so nice to come home to a pool and sunset view every day! We are already scheming to bring friends and rent all 3 floors.

  I really can't say enough wonderful things about this vacation rental! The ambiance is amazing, the views are breath-taking, and the staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating. Casa Lily is lovely, with modern decor and all of the comforts of home. Did I mention super clean and comfortable? The beach is within walking distance where you can sunbathe, surf, snorkel, or fish. When you get back from a relaxing day on the beach, the best thing about our trip was winding down around the tranquil pool, with a fresh margarita in hand, and waiting to watch the sunset. Another bonus was a man named "Nacho," bringing a horse to the house for me to ride on the beach! Amazing! This place has something for everyone. If you are looking for lazy or exciting, check out Casa Lily! You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to go back!!!

  The Place to be. No Worries Mates

  We did not really know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised at just how nice Casa Lily is. We stayed on the 2nd floor 2 bed room, 2 bath with safe parking and just a perfect walk to the beach to warm you up for surfing or what ever you plan to do at a perfect beach.
  The kitchen had all we needed (when we mentioned a leak at the kitchen sink, a new faucet was installed while we were out for breakfast) the showers were really nice and hot. the lush green grass was nice to sit on while waiting for my wife to ready her self for dinner. Everything was just perfect and we will be back again!

  From the moment we arrived at Casa Lily, we felt relaxed. We took a dip in the pool while our bags were unpacked for us, and clothes packed away by friendly staff who clearly love children. The kids were excited to explore the many levels of the villa, and enjoyed swinging in the hammock and playing in the garden. The en-suite bedrooms are spacious, with relaxed furnishings from local Mexican artisans. The kitchen and living rooms are large and airy and stocked with all the essentials.
  
  Ocean-close, this villa has breathtaking views of the beach and sea, where the waves are amongst the best in the world for surfing. Nearby Playa Carrizalillo is a short cab ride away and is the perfect place to spend the day on the beach with young children.
  
  We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday staying at Casa Lilly and highly recommend it!

  Great place to stay. Close to beach, restaurants and local grocery store. Two blocks from the beach and you can see the ocean from the penthouse(top unit). We watched whales flip in the ocean at sunset. Very nice accomodations, clean, professional, well kept and secure site. Pool is clean and a nice place for sun or shade. Can't wait to return to this romantic and quiet location. Suggest flying into Mexico City and then to Puerto Escondido local airport. If flying into Huatuco airport it is a 90 kilometer taxi ride about 2 hours.
