Newly remodeled, Cerca Mar provides excellent accommodations for a family or 2 couples!! Located within easy walking distance to the Town Square (about 8 minutes) and only 1/2 row from the ocean, Cerca Mar makes a great vacation rental that won't break your budget!!
The kitchen is well equipped and features lovely Mexican Terracotta Tiles, as well as a breakfast bar.
The Living Space has a comfy sectional sofa, two chairs, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player (NO CABLE). In addition, there is a sliding door that accesses the large outdoor, covered terrace.
