Description

Located in Palma Real - an exclusive boutique condo complex with only 15 units - condo 101 is the only beach front unit with a deck surrounding two sides. With incredible picture window views of the ocean from both generous bedrooms, or from our private shaded deck and terrace. The condo features a gourmet kitchen with many appliances and a large dining and living area with TV and wireless speakers.

The condo is well equipped with extras and ideal for relaxation for two, four or even up to six people, with plenty of outdoor furniture for entertaining.

Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, and individual air conditioners. The condo has satellite TV and wireless internet, and the pool and hot tub are just a few steps away. Our beachfront shaded deck provides privacy and tranquility and is unique to our location at Palma Real. There is 24 hour security at the complex and we are secluded from the beaches in town, yet close enough for a short stroll.

Our condo is hidden away from the bustle of town, but there is plenty to enjoy in town, with more than two dozen gourmet restaurants, with diverse menus for everyone, along with plenty of innovative cooking and beverages. At the end of the day, nothing beats walking around the town square with an ice cream cone and plenty of locals to welcome you.

The best recommendation we can give you is that we go to Palma Real three to four times a year, and it is our chosen destination. Join us in the local flavor of a fishing village in the mangroves. Only twenty minutes from the Cancun airport, but a long way away from the big cities of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, yet a short cab ride will get you to either locale. Getting around

A car is great if you want to travel away to sites away from town, we rent a golf cart for just tootling around Puerto Morelos, restaurants , groceries or beach club visit. as Mercedes about the rental once we connect you .

Interaction with guest

We can pick you up at the airport and return you after your stay. The check in is easy , Mercedes our manager will meet you and do the check in showing you how to operate ac etc and golf card if your choose to rent it ( directly via Mercedes). Mercedes is pretty available through your stay to handle any issues or arrange a special trip. we recently made contact with a couple of local chefs and massage people who can come to the condo. there’s a great Accupuncture practitioner in town should you need a visit. We can also to advance grocery shopping so you arrive to a stocked fridge.

How do damage deposits work?

If Neville (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
