This is a perfect getaway, secluded, yet close to everything and right on the beach! Within 20 minutes of the Cancun airport, you can be strolling down the beach in front of your own luxuriously appointed condo.
This condo is one, of just 14 within Palma Real, a private boutique condominium complex just a short walk south of the fishing village of Puerto Morelos.

Puerto Morelos is situated in the Riviera Maya just 20 minutes from the Cancun International airport and 25 minutes to Playa del Carmen.
Puerto Morelos is a unique, quaint fishing village only about a 10 minute walk from the condo. The town square is located in front of the beach with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. It has some of the most beautiful wide, soft sandy beaches in the Riviera Maya!
It gives one the feeling of being Away from it all, yet the town is busy enough with friendly locals and ex-pats frequenting at the various bars and restaurants.

Seattle WABest family vacation ever!

Wow! It was our best vacation ever! I am so glad we took our friends advice, Mexico is way better than I had thought and the private location of this condo had the best combination for us as a family plus it had everything that made our vacation easier, including the washer & dryer! We stayed right on the beach with great snorkeling, long peaceful uncrowded walks along the beach yet a short walk downtown for great restaurants and friendly Canadian and american ex-pats! Plus just across the way, we enjoyed Selvatica, zip-lining in the forest canopy and swimming in the crystal clear, cool cenote, we had a blast! It was always good to come back to the comfortable condo after an energetic day out. It was an easy drive to X-Caret Eco-park with the spectacular cultural show in the evening that wrapped up our vacation! Something for everyone, we'll be back again next year! Thank you Eric and Lisa!

I would highly recommend Puerto Morales. Great restaurants, friendly folks, an all around great place. Carlos couldn't have been nicer. He met us at the airport (we were 3 hours late) and had stocked our frig with supplies. Pm was very safe. The unit was very comfortable for our family (mom, dad and daughters ages 14 and 17). The pool was great. Thanks for a wonderful week!
