The Caribbean Reef Villas are unique due to their location on an un-crowded beautiful white sand beach. Your view and access are completely unobstructed, you are on the beach! Enjoy the new modern infinity edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi which blends seamlessly into the blue Caribbean Ocean. The beach in front of the Caribbean Reef Villas consists of soft white sand and small tide pools. From the shallow shore, the water gradually becomes deeper. It is perfect for swimming, wading, and snorkeling. There are also several shade palapas to enjoy a cold drink or a good read. If you are eating out, or taking in some of the local color; Puerto Mor...elos town square is a short walk, bike ride or drive away for shopping, restaurants and many local events.

Villa # 222 is a 1000 square foot, one bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront villa. It features a large master bedroom with a king size bed and queen futon, private bath and upholstered chairs. It is a suite in itself. The second large room features the living area with fully equipped kitchen, full bath, queen size hide-a-bed, dining area, and TV. Best of all; the villa features a private ocean front terrace with seating and hammock for enjoying the glorious view over the meticulously kept grounds, pool, beach and Caribbean Ocean. Twenty minutes south of Cancun airport on 307 to Puerto Morelos exit. South on Calle Palmas approx 1 mile, left to Caribbean Reef Villas. Large 24 hour secured parking area located on west side of grounds (easy access to villas). Grounds and property have 24/7 staff and security. Archeological Ruins, Diving, Snorkeling, Fishing, Sight Seeing, Shopping all available thru our concierge service. Groceries and supplies are available for purchase in town. Walk, bike (rental), taxi, or drive the short distance to town square.

  One flight of stairs up to the beautiful second floor view of the Caribbean started our trip. A spacious, well appointed, comfortable apartment with all the ammenities was our Villa. There's WiFi available with good signal strenght if you need to be connected. The TV is local cable so not many us stations but what's the point. The balcony was a great place to relax and evaluate a spot on the white sand beach or a seat by the pool. The pool and jacuzzi are both spotlessly clean and well maintained. The beach was great for a morning run and the swimming and snorkelling were great. It's a nice walk into town for great restaurants, shopping, and a beach bar stop. There are snorkeling and fishing excursions from the pier if you want. Back at the Villa, quiet, relaxing, and ocean front luxury. That's what it was.
