ABOUT OUR LAS GAVIOTAS COMMUNITY
"Las Gaviotas" community is a private, 24 hour gate guarded, exclusive resort with single family homes and townhomes in a family oriented type of environment. Over 200 homes and townhomes makes Las Gaviotas the ideal vacation spot.
Featuring a private beach, heated pool & jacuzzi , tennis & volleyball court, laundromat, public phone , community restroom / showers near the pool area . The private beach is perfect for surfing, fishing, scuba diving and there are picnic areas with bbq grills. The beach is within walking distance of our condo type units.
Las Gaviotas is approximately 30 minutes South of the San Diego/ Tijuana border. We are 10-15 minutes South of the Rosarito Beach Hotel and 3-5 minutes North of "Puerto Nuevo" the "Lobster Capital of the World" with over 50 restaurants nearby serving fresh lobster, shrimp, and other authentic mexican food.
